hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated. we stayed in December. although the rooms have airconditioner, it was a bit chilly at night.... maybe because of its historic building and its stone floor. I would definitely recommend you to stay in Obidos in warmer season. |

Beautiful hotel. Decoration and staff friendliness are best in class. Restaurant is very good though a bit expensive. Parking is not very convenient and bed mattress should be changed as soon as possible. Apparently we were not the first ones to complain about the mattress which probably dates from the past century! |

Gostei muito da sobremesa deliciosa de boas-vindas, da variedade do pequeno-almoço e da possilidade de o tomarmos no quarto. O pessoal também foi bastante atencioso. Duas situações que não se coadunam com um hotel de 4*: 1º a dobradiça da porta da banheira tem demasiado espaço, molhando o chão da casa de banho; 2º os colchões das camas poderiam ser melhores (para quem prefere colchão duro). |

Tuvimos la suerte de tener una buena habitación, con terraza propia en la planta alta. Es un sitio de ensueño ya que el hecho de poder desayunar frente a la muralla lo convierte en especial. El personal fue encantador. Se situa en el interior de la murallas por lo que puede ser dificil para acceder en coche pero el pueblo es tan pequeño y especial que se puede llegar enseguida andando. Además está rodeado de excelentes sitios para comer, incluyendo el propio hotel. El hotel perfecto pero es posible circular por la muralla en cualquier momento por lo que cuando estás en la terraza puedes echar de menos la privacidad. |

A localização do hotel é perfeita, ao localizar-se junto ás muralhas do castelo transporta-nos para os tempos dos nossos antepassados! A decoração do hotel em geral nada tem a vêr com o local onde se encontra; o serviço de restaurante é muito fraco! |
