The hotel is conveniently located in town, overlooking the park. The rooms and bathrooms are a reasonable size, with lovely big windows and were very clean.

The beds were very creaky which disturbed us throughout the night. Everytime you moved, they creaked loudly. The staff were not very friendly either. There are a few other budget accommodation options in Castelo de Vide which I would try first before staying here again.

I still can not understand why this CASA has 3 stars!

Had dinner once in your restaurante and the girl was very helpefull and paid care and attention to me as well as the gentleman, but at breakfast time ,me and other dutch ladies felt that cereals were missing on the buffet, but still enjoyed.

The bathroom was small, almost coudnt fit inside for a shower.There was not restaurante, city or religion information inside the room.had the all information in tourist office.Will come back to the beautiful area but double check with the hotel. I work in hotel busines and this is not a complain

The lady on reception was miserable and not the least welcoming.The breakfast was of poor quality and choice considering it was advertised as buffet style.

Very well located

Simple, olde-world charm of the owners. Maybe it could be improvedhere and there, but it works, so why change it.

La zona es muy tranquila, tiene un polideportivo cerca y se puede hacer deporte por los alrededores.

El trato recibido tras mi estancia. Me llamaron hablando conmigo de malos modos porque dicen que mi tarjeta de crédito no era válida cuando después la he usado sin problemas. Pensaran que no voy a pagar, cuando yo no he dejado de pagar en mi vida a nadie. Para mi no pagar, lo considero un delito personal.
