The hotel is conveniently located in town, overlooking the park. The rooms and bathrooms are a reasonable size, with lovely big windows and were very clean. The beds were very creaky which disturbed us throughout the night. Everytime you moved, they creaked loudly. The staff were not very friendly either. There are a few other budget accommodation options in Castelo de Vide which I would try first before staying here again. |

Three of us - pensioners - used Casa do Parque as a base for our six day holiday. We went to the area to walk the hills, to explore the cork forests and to study the ornithology. The hotel was ideal. The owners/staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms very clean and well furnished. |

Excellent location, staff friendly and efficient and spoke perfect English, rooms and beds spacious and clean, bar and restaurant services with good selections. The buffet breakfast was excellent with great selection, the best we had in Portugal.We had a wonderful stay. |

Had dinner once in your restaurante and the girl was very helpefull and paid care and attention to me as well as the gentleman, but at breakfast time ,me and other dutch ladies felt that cereals were missing on the buffet, but still enjoyed. The bathroom was small, almost coudnt fit inside for a shower.There was not restaurante, city or religion information inside the room.had the all information in tourist office.Will come back to the beautiful area but double check with the hotel. I work in hotel busines and this is not a complain |

young man at reception was very friendly, location good for visiting small villages around and about. Castle gave an authentic feel. I hate small showers when the shower curtain wraps round you.in mid shower. This was the case here. The room was smallish but the price was excellent |

The lady on reception was miserable and not the least welcoming.The breakfast was of poor quality and choice considering it was advertised as buffet style. |

la decoración en la habitación, la tranquilidad, el entorno el baño es pequeñísimo, no tiene secador de pelo ni enchufe.No se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito y el precio es abusivo, sube conforme se va acercando la fecha, es la 1ª vez que lo vemos en Booking después de reservar varios hoteles. .el desayuno es sobre todo bollería, no hay cereales ni fruta ni yogures, el personal vigila lo que tomas |

La zona es muy tranquila, tiene un polideportivo cerca y se puede hacer deporte por los alrededores. El trato recibido tras mi estancia. Me llamaron hablando conmigo de malos modos porque dicen que mi tarjeta de crédito no era válida cuando después la he usado sin problemas. Pensaran que no voy a pagar, cuando yo no he dejado de pagar en mi vida a nadie. Para mi no pagar, lo considero un delito personal. |
