The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable...we (3 of us) were each allowed to choose a room. Wifi signal strong in rooms and public areas. The breakfast was wonderful: fresh squeezed orange juice, variety of breads and pastries, delicious home-made preserves and marmelada, plate with ham and cheese...ample amounts of coffee. It was a wonderful, restful place, a good option since our conference was in Arcos de Valdevez. We'll return!

Lovely olde worlde hotel with lots of interesting pieces of furniture and implements to observe. The breakfast did not represent good value for money. It was a very basic continental breakfast. They should have offered cereal and toast aswell for the money that they were charging. The pool side also let down the rest of the hotel as the chairs and loungers were grubby and there was a lot of dead flies and wasps on the water which put us off swimming in there.Shame really as it is a lovely hotel inside.

An amazing refurbished old manor house with plenty of atmosphere, large rooms with antique furniture, modern bathrooms. At times felt like staying in a museum as much of the house is a tribute to the last owner, including his study filled with his books. Large communal living room with tv, billiards, darts. Outdoor swimming pool and seating area. Don't expect a hotel - there is no reception area - but one of the most memorable (for the right reasons) places we stayed. Not a problem for us - but breakfast is simple (bread, jams, cheese/salami).

Sehr stimmiges Ambiente in historischem Gebäude! Selbstgemachte Marmeladen! Etwas kalt, da Heizung nicht aktivierbar! Parkmöglichkeiten eingeschränkt! Frühstück eintönig! Vorsicht: Kath. Kirche nebenan, d.h. reichlich Glockengeläut!

Edificio histórico. Ambiente pesado. Estacionamento condicionado. Acessibilidade. Pouco funcional. Pequeno almoço básico. Caríssimo para o serviço e comodidades oferecidas. Ainda espero factura/recibo por nem sequer haver quem emitisse o documento fiscal.

Um espaço de eleição. Quem procura o ambiente do passado sem abdicar da comodidade do presente vá e disfrute. Faça da casa assento de guarida e debande pela região, alimente os olhos, os sentidos e o estômago.com descobertas em locais surpreendentes. Há muito por onde andar e voltar a abrir o velho portão do quintal e sentir uma espécie de retorno à casa de família que os anfitriões Lacerda e Megre simpaticamente disponibilizam com serviço de turismo de habitação. Leia um pouco da história dos donos da casa, sinta o conforto da madeira a segurança do granito deslinde a hieráldica presente e sinta-se o mais nobre dos plebeus sem abdicar das suas origens. Vá e depois diga como foi. Sinta saudades antes de partir e deseje regressar. Muito Bom.

J ai aime le cadre historique Je n ai pas aime la piscine sale, algues vertes, la literie inconfortable, absence de sommier ou lit de 1 m 20, l absence totale d accueil, le petit dejeuner trop tard (9 h) et tres moyen, pas de fruits frais, chambre bruyante avec le passage des voitures.Adresse que nous deconseillons vivement vu le prix paye.pour dormir dans un musee. Cet hotel n a rien de luxueux

La maison est une espèce de manoir très bien meublée et les chambres sont confortables Nous avons dû téléphoner pour que quelqu'un vienne nous ouvrir la porte à 16h. La personne qui nous a reçus était un monsieur âgé un peu étrange- se disant le propriétaire de l'hôtel- qui nous a réclamé le soir même le paiement en liquide de la chambre. Il n'y a pas la télé dans les chambres !
