Very nice hotel, if a little too pricey. Breakfast is good, with a great selection for all. The price. |

It' easy accessability to the town of Cascais and to Lisbon. The Decor! Very dark and gloomy. Did not like the colour scheme. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

I slept very well and the meals were excellent It is a pity that there is no shop anymore for papers and small touristic objects. There are not even international papers at the entrance or bar |

Sea View 1. bed linen not changed during my 9 day stay 2. unfriendly and unhelpful staff. 3. No entertainment except paino player at week end 4. buffet food , while varied and well presented, was not sufficiently war. |

The room was nice and quiet. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice for every taste. The reception staff seemed to be occupied with other duties besides their receptionist role. The reception desk was more like a place for safety guards. |

It was comfortable and in an excellent location. The breakfast was excellent. On two occasions we purchases drinks at the poolside bar and paid for them (receipts as proof) and on our departure we were told we hadn't paid for them. We were treated badly and I was disappointed as up to that I would have highly recommended this hotel. |

The Pool area was well managed. The Rooms were clean and modern. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The Hotel is quiet and peaceful. Close to the Costal train station and regional bus terminus(20 minutes on foot), Cascais city center (10-15 minutes on foot). Perfect as a base to explore the Lisbon city and coastal area. Far (30-40) minutes on foot from any usable beach (the nearest ones are fisherman boat parking-lots, and although used by locals, the Hotel advises against it. Lower floors can't see the sea as there is a villa at the waterline opposite the hotel (Pool view is nice, though). The mini-bar was not re-stocked regularly. No room service after midnight. |

The room was very nice; fortunately we had sea view, with balcony. Nice pool and garden. The hotel is a little further from the sandy beach (and the town) than we had understood. It's about 15 minutes walk away which may be a consideration for families with young children. |

I liked the oceanview from our balcony the most. The breakfast was also wonderful! Dinner; Fridays they had great barberquebuffet in the hotelrestaurant and wednesdays there was "Portuguisee flavor", with different flavors form Portugal at the buffet and later in the evening there was some enterntainment with dancing. Waiters who would look at you when you wanted to order LUNCH at the hotelbar. They were slow and did not pay any attention to either the guest who wanted to pay, order more or the once that sat down to secundes ago. We had to wait nearly 15 minutes to get the menu.. |

It was a great place to relax. It was quiet, the people were very helpful and friendly. Very close to town, yet tucked away. They had internet in the lobby, I wish they had it in the rooms. But that is not a big deal. |
