The hotel rooms are very nice furnished and are quite big with a nice view over the city. The food and service was excellent. Very nice location and a lot of atmosphare. There was no discription how to get there. This could be improved by giving information how to find the hotel. |

Walking distance to historical center and castle, good choice including fresh fruit at breakfast buffet, flat screen TV in public area available limited choice of Portuguese TV channels in guest rooms, only one German language channel (RTL) on "public" TV. Not a big problem, since I did not come to this nice region to just watch TV .... |

Decent room & good breakfast. Would recommend for summer stay. Heating very inadequate for a winter stay. Room heated only by aircon unit which could not heat to sufficient satndard. We were very cold. |

The hotel is well-located and the rooms and other facilities attractive. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms at the front of the buildiong have an excellent view over the hills in front. There is a pleasant and reasonably-priced bar and a small pool. Parking is easy in front. This hotel used to have an excellent restaurant, but since being taken over by a different group, this only functions as a breakfast room. This is a pity. However, there are plenty of places to eat nearby. |

Despite the location on main street with intensive traffic rooms are rather quiet. Good view from the balcony. Low price. Air-conditioner filter in my room seemed to be fouled. It smelled bacillus:) |

O Campo, a tranquilidade, o descanso. Bom hotel, mas necessita de terminar as obras, não é admissivel não haver luz de presença para iluminar os corredores durante a noite. |

Fijn hotel met naast een eigen,klein, zwembad, het gemeentelijke bad aan de overkant van de weg.Het stadje is op loopafstand. We misten een paar parasollen bij het zwembad; niet iedereen wil in 30gr. zon zitten.Het restaurant was niet geopend voor diner. |

gunstig gelegen in een mooie omgeving; netjes en correct helaas kamer zonder balkon gekregen omdat het hotel vol zat. Dat was echter alleen de 1e dag maar daarna heeft men ons geen andere kamer gegeven terwijl ik dat wel de 1e dag heb aangekaart. |
