A good location in Lagos and if you aren't too fussy and like living in a bit of history it is a great place to stay for a few nights. The staff are friendly the breakfast is better than many in this type of establishment. Our room had airconditioning but not sure if they all have so best to check. The lovely old building survived the Great Earthquake but only just I suspect and is in need of some basic maintenance never mind refurbishment! Make sure you get a room with windows ours was an attic room with virtually no natural light |

very helpful staff, considering the age of hotel, is very nice, could do a bit up date. wall paint coming off, but it is 300+ years old property. |

The staff were friendly. The hotel was in a good location. Very old. The lock on the door was faulty. No air conditioning. Water from the tap was yellow sometimes. The shower took 10 to 15 minutes to heat up. The continental breakfast consisted of bread, ham and cheese. I have stayed in many hotels where a continental breakfast included a hot sausage or boiled egg. The TV in the TV room had one channel which flickered all the time. |

Nice location and structure (it's inside an ex-cloister). The hotel is situated in a pedestrian street. The is no parking space around. You only have two alternatives: drive up and down the streets waiting for a place to become available or park along the main street (10 to 15 mins walk). |

Very good position, right in the center of the old city, although it might be quite noisy. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. A beautiful old house, in need of some serious renovation. Staff very friendly but this is sometimes just not enough. Small rooms, not very clean, no comfort whatsoever. You might need to get out of your room in order to reach the bathroom, but not in all cases. |

Fantastic freindly and helpful staff,loved the hotel such a nice place to stay,really nice rustic portugal room ,which was spotless clean with a lovely large bathroom,full air con,and a good breakfast included in price... We had a wonderfull courtyard outside our window with a pond and very old turtle.....24hr reception.....best place me and my girlfreind have ever stayed......will come back. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber, die Lage mitten im Zentrum, der kostenfreie Internetzugang sowie der günstige Preis des Zimmers lassen die Unzulänglichkeiten verblassen. Unbeheizte Frühstücks- und Aufenthaltsräume, unbeheiztes feuchtes Badezimmer, schimmliger Duschvorhang, 8 Tage lang das selbe Papier-Frühstückset, ....; das Haus lebt von seiner Substanz |

Frühstück war richtig gut, aber es wurde nur 1 mal gedeckt, was jemand gegessen hat, wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Kein TV im Zimmer, Scheiben zum Teil kaputt, kalter Boden, sehr ruhig und einsam. Für alleinreisende nicht erträglich |

Det er sjovt at på et palads, men det er gammel og upraktisk, fx. at der ikke er toilet og bad på værelset. Kan anbefales til et par dage, men nok ikke i længere, da man så vil blive træt af det. Renovering, især af toilet/badeværelse. |

Sehr uriges Hotel mit Top-Lage. Saubere Zimmer. Nette Mitarbeiter. Für drei bis vier Tage sehr interessant und lustig! Die Möglichkeit der Küchenmitbenutzung ist super! Der Standard, der hier geboten wird, entspricht allerhöchstens zwei Sternen!!! Frühstück dürftig, Wasser lange kalt und braun. Zimmer hellhörig bis zum gehtnichtmehr. Badaustattung schlecht. Wenn man über eine Woche hier verweilt, nerven einen diese Einschränkungen dann ziemelich! |

Que está céntrico Nunca habíamos estado en un hotel tan cutre y molesto como este. La cama estaba colocada en una especie de cueva, pegada a la pared por todas partes menos por una, el baño sucio, situado fuera de la habitación etc,etc. |

Esta unidade hoteleira necessita de profundas obras; é uma pena o estado em que se encontra, pois tem óptimas condições para ser transformado num hotel de charme. O seu proprietário, independentemente da possibilidade daquela transformação, deveria ser obrigado a realizar imediatamente obras nas instalações e, ainda, dotar o mesmo do conforto que não tem. |

Situation en plein centre Pas de parking et se garer dans la vieille ville est impossible. Résultat: plus d'un km à pied avec les bagages. La demeure est ancienne, certes, mais cela n'explique pas l'humidité oppressante de la chambre et SdB. Propreté douteuse. Pas d'eau chaude, ni de ventilation! Pour seule ouverture, une lucarne que l'on pouvait entrebailler de 2 cm!!! Literie obsolète (dim et confort). PdJ frugal... |

Die zentrale Lage in der City ist ok, Parkmöglichkeit erfordert 10 Minuten Fussmarsch, Definitiv keine 4 Sterne Das Haus ist völlig veraltet und renvovierungsbedürftig, Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden, was bei einem Zimmer in die Fußgängerzone zu einer schlaflosen Nacht geführt hat. Der Duschvorhang im Badezimmer war völlig verschimmelt und ekelhaft. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer Frühstück nicht frisch sondern abgepackte Plastikware |

Centro de la ciudad, personal amable el cuarto de baño esta fuera de la habitación sin que se avise en la descipción del hotel. El hotel necesita ser renovado urgentemente, podría ser un problema de igiene y seguridad! En nuestro caso, la habitaución daba directamente a la calle y por lo tanto no durmimos de la noche por el ruido. |
