Apartment well-furnished and equiped; hotel facilities ample;elevated and quiet position overlooking the old town to the sea. All in all a very good aparthotel indeed although we were probably in the best block. (The 97 steps up and down to the main square were no real problem at all) Restaurant disappointing, perhaps because too few customers at this time of year (November) |

I enjoyed the fact that there was an indoor pool although the weather was still good the outdoor pool was a little cool and my 2 children loved the activities of the spa. All of the staff we met were extremely helpful and friendly would definetly stay again. The only downside was the steps into the old town but this is only minor it would not stop me staying again although I would like to bring my mother she would not be able for them |

We liked that it had an indoor as well as an outdoor pool, We loved the location, the steps can be a bit of a pain sometimes but they lead you right into the main square. |

Location to old town The apartment allocated to me was off the main complex (and is different from the website picture of the hotel). It was opposite apartments which were being refurbished which generated noise from work men from 8 30am to 7pm as well as unwanted attention from workmen whilst my 6 year old son and I were sunbathing. Hotel staff were unhelpful. I was given a ground floor corner apartment despite asking for an apartment on the top floor facing the pool. Consequently, l felt unsafe coupled with the fact there appeared to be hardly anyone staying at this particular block off the main complex. |

Although the hotel may not be suitable for people with mobility problems, it was perfect for my family. Lovely views out to sea & the old town. Quiet location.....just very hilly! When booking it was not clear which block we would be allocated. As there are four different blocks separated by a road, it should be made clear where we would be as we were allocated a different block from my children. The hotel seems to ignore requests noted on the booking. |

I like it a lot. It's near everything, the old town and the ocean. The staff was helpful and nice. There's everything we needed in the kitchen. The apartment was really spacious. |

Location for old town Albufeira was excellent. Cleanliness of hotel was good. Plenty of beds at various pools available to guests. Not personally, but those with walking difficulties would not find this hotel suitable due to steps and hill. |

The location was good overlooking the bay and close to main centre but far enough away to get some peace at night to sleep. Good pool areas and "the steps down to the resort" aren't as bad as made out. Would definitely stay again. . There are 4 blocks 3 New, 1 Old. The old is retro and for the price we paid it was fine. If we'd paid full price we would have been miffed. Staff were mostly grumpy and solemn but not rude. Not great for older people or families with young children as access would be a problem over a week. |

Rooms 503 and 504 in the Atlantic View building contain observation deck - huge tarrace with the sea-side view! There is no Internet in the apartments. Except very poor WiFi in the reception. |

Location was great, 10 min walk to beach, 5 min to main square and restaurants/bars etc. Spacious apartments with choice of 4 different pools in the 3 star. Big balcony with sea view. Cleaned every day... Definitely recommend! The closest shop next door is ridiculously expensive and Lidl is a 10 min trek so not good if you want to buy a fair amount of food for the apartment and don't have a car. |

I loved my stay at the hotel. It was ideal for someone traveling with a young family. The was a B.B.Q on the roof which was very enjoyable an value for money. Close to the town cntr and beach. I have no complaints will definatly go back again. The hill and steps to the town cntr. could prove a problem for the older traveller but the are taxi's for approx €5 each way if the steps caused a problem to anyone. |

It is situated in the distance of a walk from the town centre, which is rather convinient. However one should take into account that Albufiera is a busy night life resort so late evening and night noises are frequent to encounter. The hotel is nice and clean, a bit old funishing of the room doesn't bother. The swimming pool area is very nice. Small swimming pool is perfect for children aged 3-5. The noise of evening parties and the youths going down town to the night clubs is frequent to face. Families with small children should take it into account. |

good location if you dont mind the steps staff unhelpful. needed extra pillow but refused. wanted to change mattress but refused. had to pay for £15 for a safe in the room, should be free. sofa bed not comfortable. had to borrow an iron as not provided. only one key for a group of 4 is ridiculous. no information on sights or activities in the local area. no information provided about the hotel, facilities, times etc. had to pay to book a taxi and were told tennis courts were fully booked so couldnt play, but didnt see anyone playing that afternooon or evening |
