Location was perfect as 5 mins down the road to the main square and the beach overlooking the old town with great views. 3 Bedroomed apartment modern, huge and great facilities throughout including the hotel spa/indoor pool and gym facilities. Great value for money and really clean - couldn't have asked for more!!!

Staff was great. Room was nice with all the necessities. Dinner in the restaurant was above average and worked well since we arrived late.

Internet was terribly over priced

The lady with blonde hair was brilliant with the children . Hotel rooms were great fully equipped with washing machine & European channels. Highly recommend and we will be returning again

The staff were excellent, very friendly, effficient and very polite. location is just great 5 mins walk from beach and oldtown. Spa and pool activities as well as outdoor pools were great. Highly recommended and very reasonable for what you get

Our appartment was excellent in every way. +Space, +functionality! Situated on a hill looking down on old Albufeira City.

it was the most relaxing break we had all down to the beautiful apt and balcony overlooking the sea view. staff were fantastic. i will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. It was fabulous

The apartments were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was very close to all restaurants, bars and beaches and we had a really good relaxing holiday until last couple of days.

On our second last night as we slept in bed in our apartment we were robbed. Somebody actually came in to our apartment as we slept and stole some of our belongings and money. They gained entry due to the locks on both sets of double doors being faulty. It was only after the robbery that the hotel fixed the doors

Very relaxed atmosphere where the staff were happy to look after you, 22 of us on a stag, everyone said the same and would be very happy to return.

Spacious apartment and huge balcony overlooking the amazing view of Albufeira and the water. A short walk to the square and old town through traditional streets. The bottle opener was broken an the staff bought a brand new one to our apartment. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing weekend away.

Room is noisy, could hear people walking and moving chairs, beds and tables in room above us. Location of the hotel is not for old people / people with bad condition. etc as Hotel lies on a hill. 100 stair steps for getting to the old town.

I would have liked a bigger bed.

everything about it was fantastic,location,accomadation,staff,pool the facilities and very very clean.rooms were a perfect size with full kitchenette, living area and separate bedroom and toilet.each different layout of the apartments had their own pool.i haven't stayed anywhere better than this.

Two bed apartment has one bath room,no lock in the toilet,not towel racks,not enough hot water for shower for the family of four,no microwave oven.

I liked every thing about the place, staff were amazing. The Apartment was spotless and a very quiet area,no noise at night etc. We had full use of Cerro Mar Garden just across the road. I would highly recommend the place. The restaurant upstairs was absolutely a brilliant place to dine. My favourite dish was The Cataplana for all fish lovers. The Boys in the Restaurant were amazing. The Cerro Mar is approximately 3-5 minute walk down the steps to the centre Square of Old Town, ideal place to stay, we will definitely be back......

My studio apartment was huge and fully equiped with a nice terrace and lovely pool just beyond. The indoor pool and spa in the main building were fantastic and the terraces and outdoor pool areas looked equally inviting. I was extremely happy with all aspects of my accommodation and found it tremendous value for money. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way. Will definately book Cerro Mar next time i come to Albufeira.

Access to old town

Hard beds and lumpy pillows No washing machine or dishwasher as advertised

Nice spacious apt. Clean and fully equipped for long stays. Spa and gym facilities on site. Massage and manicures were reasonably priced. Restaurant was better priced than most other hotels in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Great grocery store behind hotel, across the main road. 10 min walk. Would stay again.

Extra charge for WiFi and signal not great in some rooms. Lots of stairs to climb to get to hotel. Although hotel provides a shuttle 4 times a day. Not much to complain about.

Very clean,spacious, view of pool & sea in distance. Restaurant decent, staff pleasant.

No hot water several times, 98 steps into square and to get to beach which would be hard with small children or elderly. Main building with staff, restaurant down street. We had booked for a week and left after 2 days. Lots of other places to go that are better.
