the reception staff resulted extremely polite, hotel facilities were available over all day after check-out, position:just five minutes far from the nice city center

wi-fi quite over prized, and not available within the room, then no value in buying a 24 hrs voucher

The size of the apartments were excellent.

I understood I would be staying in the main hotel. At no stage of my booking was I made aware that I would be staying in a separate block - very dissappointed with this. Wifi very expensive.

The staff were very friendly and went out if their way to offer advice from the nearest supermarket to the best restaurants. The rooms and outside areas were very clean and the decor was bright and contemporary. The apartment was very spacious and extremely comfortable. We will be returning next year.

The facilities were great you can use all the pools in all the blocks so you can always find one to suit.It sits in a good position you are handy to everthing the views over the old town are great

I have no negatives about cerro marr the mini market attached to the hotel is worth a miss the woman who runs it can be very ignorant and the prices change every day usually about double the price of everywere else better to take s walk to lidl ten minutes away

I liked the friendliness of the staff, in particular in the bar. The accommodation staff were also very helpful. The apartment was very spacious.

There was no pool side shop/bar for those staying in the apartments. Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable. When making a reservation online, you should receive an option to book the hotel or an apartment. I was not given a choice and was allocated an apartment however we would've preferred to stay in the main Cerro Mar Garden hotel and not in atlantico - only because of the facilities and the less up hill walking! I think more information should be provided to you at check in, in relation to the near by public transport facilities and advised of the courtesy bus facility and when and where this brings you to. When checking out, the receptionist was not very friendly and barely said hello or goodbye. Maybe he was only a night porter but he was manning the reception area so he should great and meet the guests as would any other good receptionist.

Loved location and great roomie apartment with beautiful big veranda .there were three in my group and there was loads of room

Steps down town were a challange but shuttle bus available from hotel and taxi up again only 3.90 euros

The night porter was not nice when I asked to order a taxi for a friend who was visiting to collect an item from me. He told me that we were not allowed visitors and he was going to throw me out. We are not children!!

Close proximity to old town Albufeira and beach space and design of apartment - one bedroom was perfect for 3 people well equipped kitchen very clean large balcony secure complex - would be great for children although we couldn't make the most, the outdoor pools seemed very good

Had to wear swim cap in indoor pool (not told before arrival) which cost 4 euros and lockers were 2 euros. I thought this was a bit off particulary as the weather was poor jacuzzi in spa area was freezing cold

Superb pools and grounds that were well maintained. Close to centre of the old town. Outstanding cleanliness in all areas. Helpful staff.

The pool not open until 10am. Poolside food wasn't that good and no healthy options. Lack of 'character' in bar for evening drink.

3 bed apartment was huge. Stayed in building1 apt501. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Balcony was big enough for all of us to lie out and have lunch together. There were 2 bathrooms. Cleaning staff were very friendly.

Loved Loved Loved this accommodation. Have been in Albuferia for last 3 years and have eventually found the accommodation I want to go back to. It was amazing.

The only down side was the price of wi-fi very expensive especially when it was free most restaurants in Albuferia, which was fine till i wanted to check in for my flight on evening before. That being said hotel printed off our check in details and did not charge.

Location was perfect as 5 mins down the road to the main square and the beach overlooking the old town with great views. 3 Bedroomed apartment modern, huge and great facilities throughout including the hotel spa/indoor pool and gym facilities. Great value for money and really clean - couldn't have asked for more!!!

Staff was great. Room was nice with all the necessities. Dinner in the restaurant was above average and worked well since we arrived late.

Internet was terribly over priced

The lady with blonde hair was brilliant with the children . Hotel rooms were great fully equipped with washing machine & European channels. Highly recommend and we will be returning again
