The rooms were simple, but clean and comfortable. The airconditioning was lovely, the pool area was kept clean. With the pool views you also got an ocean view, but you were on one of the lower floors so sometimes you got a bit of the noise from the pool and etnertainment. The breakfast buffet was good and we especially liked the champagne which was part of the drink selection in the morning.

My daughter and I stayed here for 8 days and we liked it very much as the hotel is close to the beach and the shopping mall and restaurants are all around the corner and a little train stops in front of the hotel and does it's round every 20 minutes. Trips you can book at the hotel but it is cheaper to book these at a ticketshop close to the shopping mall. The breakfastbar in the hotel is excellent but the indoor subtropical swimmingpool was too cold for us but the spabath was fine.

The beds were very hard and some springs you can feel while laying down but they would replace the beds in the future they told us by checking out at the counter.

Very helpful reception staff, good quality food at the pool bar with again very friendly and helpful staff. Nice modern room with large double bed, pool and sea view. Surprise champagne and fruit for our 'mini' honeymoon break was very much appreciated.

No iron or ironing board available. Whilst the food and drink at the hotel was of a good quality is was priced quite high. 10 Euros for a tuna salad!!

Location and ease of access. Friendly staff. Close to facilities like restaurants. Centrally located for ease of sight seeing. 35 minutes from airport. Easy road access to other parts of the Algarve.

Bar prices. I could buy a bottle of whisky for the price of one whisky and coke. Being charged €2.50 per day for a safe key. Surely customer security should come free of charge at a 4 star hotel.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional especially the young man at the front desk. The hotel is very well managed and extremely clean, rooms are well maintained and housekeeping staff were excellent. We loved everything about this hotel.

The only complaint we had was that the jacuzzi was not warm enough.

- good breakfast (many kinds of foods) - the room is enough space - 10 mins to the center and beach by walk - 3 mins to a supermarket by walk - there are some problem (shower and refrigerator). But the maintenance staff fixed the problem quickly.

The fact that all the internal leisure facilities cost extra to the hotel price. Should be included in the overall cost

Una pulizia superficiale e una assoluta assenza, anche su richiesta, da parte del personale di locali da visitare e/o spettacoli da vedere o distrazioni turistiche ecc.

Uitstekend ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, op loopafstand van het centrum, voldoende restaurants in de buurt.

Veel geluid van de pub van het hotel (we hadden kamer ernaast). Gevraagd om een andere kamer, wat zonder problemen ging en daarna ging het een stuk beter. Materiaal bij het zwembad kan beter. O.a. veel kapotte parasols.
