Close to Algavre centre, clean spaceous room, nice free spa facilities, huge breakfast area with lots of varying food. Too many English people!Felt like Essex! |

The hotel is well located between the old and new town and the rooms are well appointed and clean. The breakfast offered has a good selection and the bar makes an effort to provide entertainment for guests. |

Location was good, rooms nice decor...modern very modern. The bar was awful....not in nice position within the hotel also the decor and name are hideous!!! Toilet was not flushing properly....problem was reported then subsequently repaired but it still did not work. Pressure very low on shower. We booked tours through the hotel but had to cancel as we found alternatives for half the price! |

This is the third time we have stayed here, we find it Excellent our parents live in the Algarve, Over the last 17years while visiting from Australia we have tryed lots of hotels and this is the best by far. |

The Vila Gale Cerro Alagoa is Excellent,The Location, Breakfast, Staff, Room (pool + sea view), were all outstanding. We stayed halfboard for 15Euros extra per day and the evening buffet was beautiful. We will stay here again. Thankyou for a great holiday. The only thing we didn't like was leaving at the end of our holiday. |

Locations, Buffet breakfast. Swimming pool seemed to be great, however, it should have been open earlier hour. Opening the indoor pool at 10:00AM seems too late. |

Lo mejor es la situación cerca de la playa y zona vieja, el personal de recepción, animadores... la piscina exterior, el desayuno buffet, la decoración de las habitaciones, la comodidad y servicios que ofrece. Buen estado del hotel. Para un hotel de 4 estrellas me parece excesivo tener que pagar por utilizar internet o el jacuzzi. |

El hotel en si es muy bonito. Tiene mucho entretenimiento ya que cada dia hay actuaciones.Esta muy cercano a la playa y al centro de la ciudad. EL personal muy agradable. dejabamos el cartel por la mañana de hagan la habitacion y cuando llegabamos por la tarde, durante 2 dias, la cama parecia sin hacer. Las sabanas no estaban ni siquiera estiradas ni remetidas por dentro.tampoco repusieron los amenities. llamamos a recepcion para que subieran a arreglarnos por la mañana la cisterna que no tragaba agua y mantenimiento vino al dia siguiente por la tarde. |

El hotel tiene, en general, sus instalaciones reformadas, y nos pareció muy asequible en cuanto a calidad-precio.La terraza con vistas al mar, un puntazo.Fácil de encontrar, pero a quince minutos andando del centro.Aunque hay que decir, que justo al lado hay un centro comercial. El horario del desayuno, es limitado.Empiezan y terminan muy pronto;perfecto para el turismo europeo, pero no para nosotros.El buffet no se corresponde en calidad a un hotel de cuatro estrellas español. |

Remodelação da zona de piscina interior e balneários (ex.: escada de saída da piscina presa com fita castanha; zona de armários e WC da piscina interior decadente e a necessitar de remodelação urgente). Pôr meios para evitar o intenso cheiro a cloro no lobby do hotel. Cuidar do aspecto e qualidade dos mantimentos apresentados ao pequeno-almoço. |

Da piscina interior, pequeno almoço bastante agradavel. os funcionarios deviam de ser mais formados na maneira como se dirigem aos clientes do hotel, tais como ( olhe lá qual é o nº do seu quarto? ) linguagem pouco usual mas enfim. |
