Vila Galé Cerro Alagoa  

The rooms were simple, but clean and comfortable. The airconditioning was lovely, the pool area was kept clean. With the pool views you also got an ocean view, but you were on one of the lower floors so sometimes you got a bit of the noise from the pool and etnertainment. The breakfast buffet was good and we especially liked the champagne which was part of the drink selection in the morning.

Hotel was very clean facilities good, food quite good. Had one buffett dinner there, starter, salad and sweet choice was very good, main course choice and way it was cooked disappointing. 10Min downhill walk into town. (Uphill coming back).

Bland or no atmosphere at dinner in restaurant, poor music and playing far too low! Felt like a prison canteen with waiters watching and hovering around. Clumped everyone together on a few tables even though there was lots of space in the room. (Less for them to walk maybe) Wouldn't have had another dinner there. Bed mattresses not very comfortable, bit thin and gave us bad backs and aching limbs in the mornings! Conflicting and confusing Taxi booking information given out by same receptionist. Told not able to prebook for airport return trip and to book about 1 hour before needed, when trying to book an hour before then told 10mins before only needed!

The Hotel staff are excellent in all departments ! The hotel is clean and the facilities are very good ! The only negative comment is the restaurent (dinner food ) is not 4 star ! but the Breakfast food is 5 Star...Congratulations !!!

Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional especially the young man at the front desk. The hotel is very well managed and extremely clean, rooms are well maintained and housekeeping staff were excellent. We loved everything about this hotel.

The only complaint we had was that the jacuzzi was not warm enough.

Excellent location. Close to the old town / new town and only about 800m from the sea. Very very clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Really nice pool area and always clean. Breakfast selection was very good. Paid for the pool vuew...and you also have a view of the sea as well....so don't pay extra for the sea view!!!!

Not enough pool loungers for the size of the hotel. Needs to be more information in the reception about local activites / trips etc. The beds are extremely hard and not very comfortable The Air conditioning is not very good and very loud Lack of air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast room...very warm

The fact that all the internal leisure facilities cost extra to the hotel price. Should be included in the overall cost

Es un hotel centrico en Albufeira, bueno en relacion calidad precio, desayuno abundante, agradable jacuzzi, confortable habitación

Es un hotel muy turistico, pero el personal de la zona spa no está nunca cuando se le requiere.

Localização.

O quarto que me destinaram tinha uma porta de comunicação com o quarto contiguo pelo que registei problemas de insonorização e consequente falta de privacidade. As primeiras toalhas que me cederam para utilização do spa estavam esfarrapadas nas bainhas. Não gostei das pouco práticas tampas plásticas das couvettes do buffet de quentes! O sumo de laranja era absolutamente execrável! Salvo melhor opinião, o hotel não justifica as 4 * que ostenta!

Aunque lo elegimos por su ubicación, lo mejor de todo han sido sus desayunos, con abundancia y variedad.

El agua de la piscina interior estaba un pelín fría, no les vendría mal subirla un poquito.

Los desayunos,los espacios de ocio y en general todas las instalaciones.

En la piscina interior mucho ruido y poco espacio entre el vaso de la piscina y las tumbonas,llegando las salpicadiras hasta estas.

O hotel fica ao lado do Tribunal de Albufeira, tem boas instalações e o preço/qualidade é optimo.
