L'hôtel est proche de la ville et de la plage. Il est bien situé. Personnellement on s'y sent plutôt bien. Personnel agréable et serviable. Hôtel plus que correcte. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, nombreux choix. Je compte y retourner. Le ménage était fait rapidement. Salle de bain très propre mais le sol de la chambre avait encore du sable suite à nos escapades à la mer la veille. Dommage. |

La télévision ne marchait pas correctement, chambre un peu bruyante côté route, jacuzi en panne, jus d'orange pas bon. Buffet du soir pas du tout à la hauteur d'un quatre étoiles. |

The willingness of the staff. The friendly way they treated our children. Breakfast cereals, biscuits & crisps were all stale - presumably because it was out of season &, because they weren't stored in airtight containers, they weren't being consumed quickly enough. |

good breakfast, clean room, very pleasant staff prices in the bar very very expensive, 3.80 for a pint of beer 10 euro for a malt whisky does not reflect cost of same which is available in area. 5* prices for 3* facilities. No free wifi in rooms |

Overall not a bad hotel, more like 3 star not 4. Clean and functional, a good indoor pool, in a good location for the old town and beach. Bar staff unfriendly, paying for swim hats and use of gym and internet which should be included for guests. Breakfast food not very good. A basic hotel. |

Good housekeeping service with regular clean linen etc. Comfortable room, airconditioning was very good a fridge a bonus Prices in the hotel were expensive - two shorts were 11 euros and the mini bar prices excessive. Thought the coffee and tea could have been served at the table rather than self service as it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel |

The staff in the hotel was very helpful and was great at dealing with any kind of problem. The clealiness of my room was very poor mainly the terrace. I also paid extra money for pool view which wasn't really. |

The hotel is in a good location, 10 minute stroll to the old town, right beside a shopping mall which was very convenient. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful, we had a small leak in our room & were immediately changed to a room with a seaview with complimentary fruit & water which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if i was to re-visit Albufeira. |

the location was very good. this is not a four star hotel. The rooms are not very nice and are not what would expect in a four star. The hotel bar is the most depressing bar i have ever being in. |

Close to Algavre centre, clean spaceous room, nice free spa facilities, huge breakfast area with lots of varying food. Too many English people!Felt like Essex! |

The hotel is well located between the old and new town and the rooms are well appointed and clean. The breakfast offered has a good selection and the bar makes an effort to provide entertainment for guests. |

Location was good, rooms nice decor...modern very modern. The bar was awful....not in nice position within the hotel also the decor and name are hideous!!! Toilet was not flushing properly....problem was reported then subsequently repaired but it still did not work. Pressure very low on shower. We booked tours through the hotel but had to cancel as we found alternatives for half the price! |

This is the third time we have stayed here, we find it Excellent our parents live in the Algarve, Over the last 17years while visiting from Australia we have tryed lots of hotels and this is the best by far. |

The Vila Gale Cerro Alagoa is Excellent,The Location, Breakfast, Staff, Room (pool + sea view), were all outstanding. We stayed halfboard for 15Euros extra per day and the evening buffet was beautiful. We will stay here again. Thankyou for a great holiday. The only thing we didn't like was leaving at the end of our holiday. |
