Friendly staff

The location of the hotel was in between the old town and the new town, but away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to walk to the old town. 4 euro taxi to the new town or catch the little train outside the hotel. The hotels pool and spa was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Staff were excellent..

On our trip there was nothing negative about the hotel.

The friendly staff,the breakfasts,cleanliness The bar staff are exceptional. We would particularly like to congratulate everyone on the New Year Gala it was exceptional.

I did not, and this is my only complaint,like the bar prices, everything is over-priced,I really resent paying 3-50euro for a diet pepsi

Walk back grom the old town, uphill all the way!!

We travelled as a group for the northern ireland match against portugal, our group where very happy with staff they where very helpful at any stage of the day or night, the hotel in general was fantastic rooms where very clean would find it hard to complain about anything in this hotel apart from the price of drink!!!!!! Also a short walk to the beach a bit hilly but loads of taxis about

As we were there with a group the only thing that would put any of us off going back was the price of drink, from a bottle of water right up to a beer or vodka very very expensive.........

The hotel was in a central location fot the old and new town.The facilities and the staff were very good. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and there was a good choice available for breakfast.

Unfortunately whilst the rooms were good we thought that the furniture at least in our room were in need of replacement and the beds were not very comfortable. The drinks at the hotel were twice what you would pay in the old and new town, but wouldnt miss out on this hotel because of this.

Location, Friendly staff, and great breakfast. Located between the old and new town (Strip). Local road trian stops outside hotel and it only cost €2 for a trip. This get you from old town to the strip. Would visit this hotel again, also it has a great swimming pool.

The location, near to the street where there is shops , shopping, fast foods ans markets. It is not so near the beach - some walk to it. Too many people - what is comprehensible due to vacation time- july. The hotel is a bit old, but things function well. It is possible to make some dinner ou lunch - it is like a flat with stove em microwave oven. Good for vacation withe family.

Good breakfast buffet; friendly and responsive staff; 10 minutes walk to the beach; close to shopping malls and local shops; half-way between the Old Town and New Town.

Expensive WiFi and ridiculously old/slow PC; hard mattress; cleaning wasn't always thorough; fridges provided in the rooms are practically useless; safe has to be paid for; overall, a three-star hotel and not four-star.

Nice location and quite, 10 min on foot from the City Centre away! Very nice pool perfect to relax! Lots of car space besides the main entrance.

Bad wifi with weak coverage...

The hotel was clean and nicely kept. The staff were fantastic; always helpful, very friendly and knew how to do their jobs. Breakfast was very good, with something to suit everybody. The bar had delicious cocktails and had an atmosphere which made it a fun place to relax. Indoor pool was lovely and warm when it was too cold to swim outside. Hotel is also nestled between the new and old town which suits everybody.

It was a lovely clean hotel, the breakfast was very good , great chocie of food .It caters for people who have a gluten free diet.

Hotel was very clean facilities good, food quite good. Had one buffett dinner there, starter, salad and sweet choice was very good, main course choice and way it was cooked disappointing. 10Min downhill walk into town. (Uphill coming back).

Bland or no atmosphere at dinner in restaurant, poor music and playing far too low! Felt like a prison canteen with waiters watching and hovering around. Clumped everyone together on a few tables even though there was lots of space in the room. (Less for them to walk maybe) Wouldn't have had another dinner there. Bed mattresses not very comfortable, bit thin and gave us bad backs and aching limbs in the mornings! Conflicting and confusing Taxi booking information given out by same receptionist. Told not able to prebook for airport return trip and to book about 1 hour before needed, when trying to book an hour before then told 10mins before only needed!

Sauna,staff,position. The bread was nice and fresh. The staff were great.

Food was expensive for the Quality it delivered. It was a little dark , it could do with a few more lights everywhere! It could do with a with painting in the public areas.

Prima prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding. Goed ontbijt. Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. zowel oude centrum als nieuwer gedeelte.

En la piscina interior, cada uno hace lo que quiere, la gente se tira, juega a la pelota, gritan, etc. no hay nadie que controle la situación. Claro que la gente somos muy mal educados, porque se supone que tenemos que ser civilizados y respetar los lugares comunes. Un saludo

Espaço do quarto a piscina interior é optima para as crianças e o pequeno almoço muito variado. Simpatia dos funcionários.

A cama extra era desconfortável, chuveiro deitava pouca água.

Atendimento gentil, ponto ótimo sobretudo para que vai de carro, pela facilidade de acesso e farta disponibilidade de estacionamento.

Restaurante (jantar): comida de qualidade apenas regular e, ainda cedo e durante o jantar, a equipe começa a desfazer as mesas e arrumar o café-da-manhã, pressionando as pessoas para irem embora do local.

Nachdem wir wieder abreisen mussten, da mein Vater erkrankte, war das Verhalten mehr als fair... und sehr hilfreich...

Localização.

Sim, não gostei nada de saber que para ter wifi tinha de pagar 5 Euros por dia!!!. Mais estranho é saber que para convidados no wall é gratuito, para hóspedes 5€ (Um autênctico roubo). Hoje em dia em que até os hoteis familiares tem internet gratuita para os clientes, um hotel de 4 estrelas não pode ter?...
