The staff was really nice and helpful. The location was also very good - accessible from centre in 10 minutes. Clean rooms, nice balcony :) Also wifi available in the room for free of charge. nice :) rooms could be a bit bigger.. |

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room we stayed in was extremely tiny...they should have sold the room as a double (for two people). We banged our shins and toes every time we moved in the room. |

Nice, clean hotel and friendly staff, everything you need for couple of days stay. Easily accessible by metro. Staff didn`t speak much English, but it was not a big problem. |

Too tiny room for 2 people, terrible quality of the bed (me and my 16 years old daughter had back pain every morning), no elevator after 3rd floor (we had to carry our heavy laggage over the steps 1,5 levels up to the room, located under the roof). |

Kind staff, terrace The rooms are too small. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, and there has been an intensive smell of chlorate all over the bathroom and room. |

Really friendly staff, clean rooms, simple but satisfactory breakfast. A bit far from the historic centre for those who may not like walking or using public transport. Double room a bit small but this is to be expected for its price range. |

La disponibilità e cortesia dello staff, il prezzo economico, la pulizia nonostante il posto sia modesto. Pur piccolo, ha tutto quel che serve per chi passa la giornata a visitare Porto e cerca una sistemazione decorosa ed economica per la notte. Nel portone a fianco c'è una birreria economica con piatti tipici e non, molto gettonata. Vicino c'è la Casa della Musica, molto bella. Non è in posizione molto centrale ma per chi è abituato a comminare si arriva nel centro storico in 15-20 minuti. Abbiamo usufruito del loro parcheggio a pagamento e non ci hanno detto che nei weekend il parcheggio fuori era gratuito. |
