Personel: simplicity and kindness room: wc rather new breakfast: good surprise for the budget

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and pleasant, price was very reasonable!

A warning to future travellers: learn from our mistake! We compared hotel locations when booking: we went for the Boavista Guest House on the basis that it was the cheapest, though we knew it wasn't very central. In retrospect, we wished we'd booked a more central hotel. There are a lot of hills to climb in Porto, and still more walking to be done to see the port wine lodges in Villa Nova de Gaia across the river, so having a 30 minute walk back to the hotel from the city centre wasn't great.

Convenient to walk to the Baixa and the sights. Staff seemed naturally chipper, and the shower was powerful and hot.

The staf is very friendly. About 15 minutes from the center of Porto. Great and cheap restaurant just beside the hotel, good food just for 6-9 euros

Clean room & hotel, hepful personnel, wireless internet access (although not available in the room, only in the corridor)

Breakfast was ok, but the selection could be improved

I didn't quite well understand why, but somehow we were entitled to a glass of a wonderful cold white port wine when we arrived. The lady at the reception was extremely nice. The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the metro, There is a good and quite cheap restaurante just next door. We didn't try breakfast, since it was costing an extra 5 euros. We stayed in a room with an extremely nice renovated bathroom. The room was clean. There is free wifi in the lobby of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying there again when I return to Porto!

The receptionist is very friendly and eveb offers you a portwine when you arrive.

The beds are little bit short, so for tall people not the best.

Struttura semplice ma adeguata alle necessità e al livello della struttura stessa, molto gentile il personale

Posizione, prezzo e comodità

Gentilezza del personale, rapporto qualità prezzo, pulizia della camera. Inoltre si vede che l'hotel è stato di recente rinnovato, il bagno era nuovissimo e moderno, I muri ritinteggiati da poco.

L'ascensore è piuttosto antiquato. La colazione è un po' carente per qualità dei prodotti.

Fica a poucos passos do metro, e quem gosta de passear pode aceder a zona da Boavista como ao centro histórico a pé sem problemas. Há restaurantes ao lado, cafés, comércios. Os funcionários sao sempre atenciosos e os quartos são funcionais e alguns têm casas de banho remodeladas com muito gosto, modernas e muito agradaveis. A relação qualidade- preço nesta zona, é imbativel.

Apenas faria sugestões, dado que o hotel é receptivo as mesmas: um espelho grande no quarto faz falta, e um secador de cabelo na casa de banho. O pequeno almoço é bem razoavel, mas a sala de pequeno alomoço é muito exigua. E o puxador do quarto estava mal fixado (mas tinha fecho de segurança interior).
