The quality of the staff, really nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well situated, less than 5 mins walk from the main attraction of the city. The breakfast absolutely amazing, the free internet connexion, the free drinks on the room and in the dining room. The bed was very confortable, a double one, but small, probably only 140 cm. |

This small hotel in its own grounds is immaculately presented in a classic style with great attention to detail inside and out. The feelings were of homely comfort, blissful peace and relaxation and of being well looked after by friendly and well trained staff. Breakfast was beautifully presented but could be more innovative. Alcobaca town itself has very little to offer tourists apart from its Monastery. If you stay more than 2 nights you need a plan to explore the area which we did including interesting places like Nazare - great local fishing and beach, Praia del Rey, Obidos, S Martinho and Batalha. |

Very beautiful house,conveniently located near the Monastry of Alcobaca (300 m).Everything in the house is very nicely decorated and the room was nice and confortable. Breakfast was very good. But what I have to underline the most is the service.The staff is super-nice and the service is very very good. In addition there are lots of things to see in the range of few kilometers. Recommended. |

Da atenção dos funcionários, da localização (silenciosa e próximo ao centro), do conforto e do bom gosto na decoração do quarto. O espelho do banheiro poderia ter iluminação melhor para fazer a barba (fica a título de sugestão). |

Gostei de tudo, desde o ambiente palaciano que nos faz sentir noutra época, à simpatia dos funcionários, aos espaços verdes e bucólicos que nos fazem esquecer que estamos no meio da cidade. E tudo a 200 metros do Mosteiro. Recomendo! |

Lo q más me ha gustado es la decoración, con muy buen gusto y muy limpio, ademas del trato del personal, comodidad y trankilidad q son dignos d cinco estrellas. Seria estupendo q tuviese una neverita en las habitaciones. Y la opción a poder comer y cenar alli mismo. |

A persar de estar categorizado como "romántico", yo viajaba con mi hermana, y la experiencia ha sido estupenda. reo que no debe limitarse el segmento de clientes a sólo parejas, porque el resto de la clientela lo descartará, y se perderá la experencia. |

El trato y la educacion con que tratan a los clientes, pendientes de todos los detalles. Es muy confortable, decorado clasico y con muy buen gusto. Hay que destacar a Pedro y Ana las dos personas que atienden el hotel con la máxima dedicacion. En algunos sitios haria falta un poco mas de luz. |
