Lisbon Rentals Chiado

We had a three bedroom apartment for our family of four. The apartment was amazing, and I could have stayed there forever. The unit was so spacious, and the decor was really something as well as the art that hung on the walls. The person who met us Alex, and he took the time to go over a map of the area, and gave us outstanding recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and sights to see. We had a fabulous time!

The appartment has an excellent location. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Before and after arriving they were very much helpful. Alexander who took a long time to explain all the details of how to travel the city and gave us local tips that helped a lot.

First of all, the location in exellent, and the appartment is amazing -clean, comfortable, modern and very well designed (we took the 3 bedroom appartment, it the perfect room for big family or groups of friend, 6 maximum). Further more, Alexandere, who works there, really helped us -he's willing to always help, gave us the best advices and explained eveything patiently and good. It made our time in Lisbon amazing. Also, before our arrivel, Rita, one of the emploies really helped us. Sending E-mails, and even buying for us food for our first day. The staff is really nice, pleasent and friendly. We reccomend this hotel to everyone who plans to go to Lisbon.

Clean,modern appartment in the hitoric centre

The apartment was ideally situated in the Chiado area next to Bairro Alto. Alexandre was there to greet us allowing us an early check-in. He was very thorough in explaining how everything worked in the apartment as well as giving us maps and recommendations for eating and sightseeing. Excellent.

We couldn't have had a better stay here. The location is fantastic, close to transport links (and the famed no.28 tram), the main shopping precinct and many good restaurants; but the apartment itself felt very quiet and peaceful. Our host explained everything we needed to know about the area at check-in, so we really felt like we could live as the locals do. We travelled as two couples, one with a toddler, and the apartment we stayed in suited us well (having two double bedrooms, one with an annex for the cot). Finally, our host went beyond the call of duty in returning something to us when we mistakenly left it behind in the apartment after check-out. We are very grateful and will definitely return here in the future.

This is very well located apartment with all facilities, luxurious and comfortable. The stand out feature is the owner Alexander and other staff who were in touch even before our arrival to meet our needs. All of our requests like 2 cots and early check in were fulfilled. They also arranged a special meat (halal) for us which I am sure no one else would have bothered. The owner is very approachable and helpful and even helped with the map of Lisbon, places to see, transport and restaurants. His tips were very helpful. I will strongly recommend this place as these people are willing to go an extra mile to help meet all your requirements.

Nothing to be honest.

The apartment was very spacious. I love it. I got the three bedroom one which fit 8 people very comfortably. The location is awesome, specially if your group wants to party and shop till the drop. The staff was very helpful and patient. Definitely want to go back and stay here again.

Location, level of facilities, cleanliness - great all round value

A minor point - the quality of the bed linen and pillows did not match up to the high levels of the rest of the accommodation.

It has quite bedroom and all the facilities you needed close by.

The central heating did not work, so it was a bit cold during the nights.

Great apartment in ideal location, perfect host by the name of Alexander who gave us all the information we required

I was travelling with my parents. "Our" apartment was at the 5th floor and reachable with the elevator. The apt is fully equipped. Clean and extremely comfortable; furnished with all the accessories you might need. The location is closed to metro station, bus and tram stop. You can also walk to start your visit of the city. At our arrival we received a lot of information on the city and all the instructions on the equipments of the apt. Everybody was extremely kind and friendly to support us.

Great location on one of the main throughfares in Chiado. Close to lots of good eating and drinking places but choose wisely as lots of choices. Apartment was very clean, spacious and well fitted out. We were on 3rd floor and heard very little street noise. We were met by the owner, Alexandre, who spent over 30 minutes telling us about the apartment and giving us lots of local tips for eating out and places to walk and visit. He was very courteous, charming and helpful.

We worked out how to use the TV and satellite connections - eventually!

We were particularly impressed with the personal and professional service of the owner/lessor Mr Alexandre de Heredia. he took a lot of time to prepare a map for us to suggest all the sights we should see and the restaurants we should visit and which transport to use. each of his suggestions proved to be excellent and ensured our visit to Lisbon was even more successful than we envisaged.

The downstairs bedroom needs its own bathroom. There is a spare space which would be more than adequate and I understand they will be installing a bathroom in the winter period.

Appart super pour 6 personnes, excellente location en plein centre ville, excellents conseils d'Alex pour visiter et pour les restaurants, service de transfert depuis l'aéroport très pratique, bref trop bien ! Great flat for 6 people, excellent location in the city center, great tips from Alex for visiting and for the restaurants, shuttle service for the airport very convenient, everything great !

Excellent place, very nice apartment! The owner is truly dedicated to the business and very flexible. You actually feel like meeting your old friend, not just staying in hotel. We got great suggestions on what to do and where to go in Lisbon and Portugal. In fact the stay exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended. Though we stayed just several days, the apartment would be suitable for staying longer than that - it is very cosy, feels like at home
