The reception team were excellent Appartments were very outdated & old, only twin rooms (which was never explained to us), we had to wait an hour before we could check in so waited until 3pm, no space available near the pool & the second pool was closed, absolutely full of english package holiday people who spent all day drinking beer by the pool and getting more and more rowdy & abusive - very uncomfortable to spend time there |

Meals good value for money. Evening entertainment was fair/good. Distance from resort centre approximately 3 miles - 5Euro taxi ride into main resort for all bars/restaurants. Web page states 7 swimming pools at hotel but could only use the one in the block where your accommodation located. |

The staff were friendly and efficient. There was entertainment for the children almost every day and nightly entertainment for adults. The noise from the bar could be a bit excessive at times. |

Da hora de vir embora Sim tem que melhorar em tudo pois os funcionarios nao estao preparados para receber turistas portugueses, A piscina nao é tratada,quando chegamos ao apartamento o fogao nao funcionava a resposta da senhora da recepção foi que fossemos jantar fora e o pior ainda foi haver baratas tanto no apartamento como a volta da piscina o que é horrivel. |

Não gostei , apartamento adaptado sem ar condicionado, sem poder abrir as janelas visto que era um res de chao de passagem á piscina, para além do barulho da p+orta de acesso á piscina que ficava ao lado de uma das janelas |

No geral de tudo, talvez a proximidade do apartamento com a zona da piscina e do bar, dá sempre jeito especialmente com crianças Talvez uma renovação nos apartamentos devido a algumas coisas se encontrarem danificadas, sem grande importancia na avaliação geral da estadia. Só uma palavra para o comportamento de alguns estrangeiros no local ... inacreditavel, eu que pensava mal de alguns portugas... |
