The hotel is very good. Even though it's not new, you can see that they invest to make it look like new. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, with an lcd tv, a desk with a lamp and two armchaird. The breakfast is diverse and the view is quite nice. The inside of the hotel feels very fresh (in a good way) because it has a garden, and there's a small gym to keep you in shape. Not only I recommend it, but I will stay there again.

The staff were amazing. Very, very helpful. The hotel actually should have received a 5 star rating. The breakfast was to die for - when was the last time you saw smoked salmon and capers? Homemade bread and cakes and on and on. However, we were terribly disappointed in the dinner menu. My duck was overcooked and my husband's seafood dish arrived cold. The waiter was horrified and offered to re-plate us (which was a nice jesture). However, we declined and he comped us royally. So all in all we were treated very well. Everyone has a bad day - I guess the chef had his bad day.

The personnel is very kind and helpful. We were traveling with two kids and we had two communicating rooms, which is very convenient. What I found very disappointing was the restaurant. I sent back what I ordered, I got a new dish and I did not touch it either. The breakfast buffet could be better too. I like fresh orange juice in the morning, but it was not available.Beds are huge, but I have some problems with my back and I was all broken in the morning.

Very good directions at arrival to Santo Tirso. Spacious common areas with tall ceilings and natural light. Views to the forest both from room balconies and restaurant/bar,Large rooms and bed. Vey good breakfast included in rate.

Pequeno almoço variado e acima da média. Pisos superiores com boa paisagem! Mau estacionamento, más casas de banho (hotel foi remodelado e suponho que as casas de banho não o tenham sido), preços dos Chás no bar de hotel, 1 verdadeira roubalheira!
