The personnel is very kind and helpful. We were traveling with two kids and we had two communicating rooms, which is very convenient. What I found very disappointing was the restaurant. I sent back what I ordered, I got a new dish and I did not touch it either. The breakfast buffet could be better too. I like fresh orange juice in the morning, but it was not available.Beds are huge, but I have some problems with my back and I was all broken in the morning.

Very good directions at arrival to Santo Tirso. Spacious common areas with tall ceilings and natural light. Views to the forest both from room balconies and restaurant/bar,Large rooms and bed. Vey good breakfast included in rate.

Bonjour, Je trouve cet hôtel accueillant, bien situé, la chambre confortable avec son équipement et le personnel très sympathique. N'oubliez pas de prendre le petit déjeuner il y est vraiment complet. J' y retourne régulièrement avec beaucoup de plaisir !! Vincent Peut être une piscine manquante.

O Hotel Cidnay foi além das nossas expectativas. Onde tivemos conforto e lazer. Recomendaremos aos nossos familiares e amigos, devido ao excelente acolhimento que tivemos nesta estadia. Sentimos não ter agendado mais dias na nossa programação de férias no Hotel Cidnay em Santo Tirso. O pequeno almoço, incluído no preço, não deixa nada a dever aos melhores hoteis no mundo, por onde passamos. O jantar que optamos por fazer no hotel, foi digno de um grande chef. Al mio arrivo la camera era gelida. Ho acceso il termoconvettore e, solo dopo circa mezz'ora, si è cominicato a sentire un po' di tepore, ma solo al centro della camera poiché vicino alla finestra, dove tra l'altro era posizionata la scrivania c'erano spifferi ovunque. Anche il bagno era freddo ed al mattino, per potermi fare una doccia, ho dovuto tenere aperta l'acqua bollente per creare vapore e non prendermi un accidente! In un hotel con questi prezzi (€ 75 a notte a Santo Tirso, non a Porto) non dovrebbero capitare queste situazioni

Boa localização mas falta-lhe uma placa de sinalização no último cruzamento antes do hotel. Instalações luxuosas (quarto excepcionalmente bom e cama enorme por padrões europeis). O design do quarto é muito agradável e a vista da janela para o campo é um factor positivo. Pequeno almoço de luxo. Gostei de tudo. Dava jeito a tal placa indicativa no último cruzamento. O acesso à garagem é estreito mas como a garagem é gratuita, não tenho nada a dizer.

Pequeno almoço variado e acima da média. Pisos superiores com boa paisagem! Mau estacionamento, más casas de banho (hotel foi remodelado e suponho que as casas de banho não o tenham sido), preços dos Chás no bar de hotel, 1 verdadeira roubalheira!
