Everything was excellent! The location is ideal, the service is sterling, decor is Swedish minimalist clean, and the price is value-plus. Fatima at the reception was a model of the service industry. I would stay here anytime I go back to Lisbon. |

I loved our room with its lovely comfortable beds and big space.It was in a great location and near the metro.The balcony was massive.I will return on my next visit. A toaster ,kettle and microwave would be excellent additions in the kitchen area.I |

We were a group of 5 women and had booked a studio and a suite. On arrival, we were offered the option of a 2 bedroom penthouse. The accomodation was beautiful and we really enjoyed staying together. Pool area is lovely too. |

Very friendly staff,willing to help you at any time .In the center of the city ,and close to the old city center ,near metro station .The room was very clean ,the facilities of the room were great . The pool area was not so nice ,very small and in tha back yard of the hotel wasn't the best feelling with all the other buldings so close . |

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were very spacious. The pool was an added bonus too. The shower in the bathroom just had a curtain on a floor base and the water went everywhere. |

Spacious apartment (T1). Extremely good beds in bedroom. Close enough to city centre. Nothing. There is one thing though. For children taking the elevator alone. One of them showed 9 at display when you arrived 5th floor. |

Excellent service from hotel staff. We had a problem with our rental car and the hotel staff called the car rental company and fixed everything for us. Very impressive! |

Quite central but not too noisy, upgraded to penthouse with nice large terrace The showers are very poor, little control of the temperature and basically a tap sticking out of the wall, small cubicles |

Near to the underground and shopping possibilities. Quiet hotel. Air conditioning functioned perfectly. There was a separate sleeping room for three adults. Nice but fairly expensive breakfast. Garden and swimming pool were clean and enjoyable. |

The room was large,spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable with the third bed being a sofa bed. The bathroom was clean and fresh. Both "bedrooms" had a TV. The kitchien had fridge, small cooker, and microwave along with all cups, plates and cutlery. A bottle opener was not supplied so make sure you take one. Breakfast was nice, which could be eaten outside on the terrace,with hot food being scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms. There was cold fayre of cheese, meats, eggs, fruit, yoghurt etc. The swimming pool was larger than expected and great for cooling off in. Again the area was very clean. Loungers were placed round the pool terrace. The pool is in shade by 5pm but that is not a problem. I found all the staff very helpful and English is spoken. Overall for a city based hotel, with swimming pool I would say that it is a good place for a party of 3 or more to stay if you are all intending to use one room. I could not find fault with the hotel. |
