The night staff at reception on the first night were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Clean and in good location. Price was reasonable but only through booking.com.

The breakfast was very poor, with no variety. Not equivalent to the hotel's quality and official rates. Staff was not speaking fluent english and especially at the reception were it is absolutely necessary. Not very helpfull, not really kind and smiling. They seemed like they were bored! Comparing it with other hotels near by ie Tiara Hotel, i would prefer to stay elsewhere next time.

comfort and clean room

Very large apartment with excellent beds and lovely bathroom. Pool area was very nice too. The centre of town is about a 15-20 minute walk and there is not a lot of choice restaurant/bar wise locally so be prepared for some leg-work.

Certainly not a complaint but the staff are quite 'serious' - didn't seem keen to make eye contact as we came and went or exchange a 'hello' or 'good morning' or 'good night'. Having said this if you asked them a question or needed any help they were more than willing to oblige.

No balcony but windows open very wide

I liked the view of the city from the terrace and the smoothness in which everything was organized.

There is nothing I can complain about.

Our one bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our self catering needs. Location is very good with a small food store nearby.

One of the facecloths was soiled. Not a fan of the dim lighting.

Location, cost and staff

Dinner / Bar menu was limited - possibly due to the early season. Must say though that the restraunt staff was dynamic and a credit to the hotel and herself.

Good location - close to the central area and the metro station, but on a quite street. It was handy to have a kitchen at the room. We used it regularly. I found the restaurants in that area overpriced and not authentic enough to visit. It was good to be able to read The Fimamcial Times newspaper every morning in the lobby.

The Internet useage from their PC was expremely pricy - 4 euros for 15 minutes. It is way off all the fairly priced services at this hotel. I did not see anyone using the internet during my stay. No revenue, and visitors' complaints. Poor management of a simple thing.

Beautiful apartment, with lovely terrace.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Lisbon and one of the reasons is that it was very comforting to know that after a hectic day of exploring the city, we looked forward to coming back to a comfortable, spacious, well appointed and quiet hotel in the center of the city. The staff were very courteous and helpful as well.

Apartment was very comfortable, clean and qiute. The beds are very comfortable too. Nice kitchen, It was like at home, we liked it very much. Good location, 5 minutes by walking from Pompbal square.

There were no slippers and home dressings, it is bad. We asked to bring home dressings, and received them in a day, but slippers were not brought at all. Internet is expensive.

Clarion suites was one of the best accommodations that I never stayed. The environment there was very warm and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, sited in a very good location of the city. Overall, a very good accommodation for your holidays in Lisbon. We gonna choose it again!!!!

The breakfast wasn't as we expect it for the price charged.
