部屋は素晴らしく、とても落ち着いて過ごすことができました。

ロシオ広場周辺へ行くのにメトロに乗らなければならなかったので、少しだけ不便でした。

親切で感じの良いスタッフ。快適な部屋。便利なキッチン。近くには子供の保育所らしいものがあり、治安の良- さもさらに確認できました。チェックインが深夜になるため、確認のメールを送ったところ、すぐに返事があり- ました。対応もしっかりしています。レビューで見たとおりで、間違いありませんでした。

ビデから、下水のにおいがあり、少し気になりました。

While the exterior of this hotel is relatively old, you will be surprised to see the cleanliness and the renovated interior as well as the swimming pool.

Nothing special.

Large and spacious room. Having kitchen in the room is a plus.

Air condition is a little bit noisy. There is no iron and iron board in the room. We had to ask several times to borrow one from them.

The rooms were large and well designed

I felt the staff did not know English as well as I thought, they did not give me a 4:30 am wake up call for the airport which could have been a disaster. also they should have given us a credit for the second night as we only had 2 instead of 3 people, I could see the first night but......also he sent us to a neighborhood restaurant which was closed.

We stayed in a one bed apartment it was huge plently of space,beds were really comfortable,pool area is lovely,the staff were so nice and helpful and spoke great english

Everything. We had an upper suite, which was very clean and spacious ,overlooking the pool area and found this to be very quiet. It was only a short walk to the metro, buses, cafes and a small supermarket.After a busy day of Lisbon sightseeing, it was great to have our own lounge area to relax.We had travelled by car while on holiday in the Algarve, so it was good to leave the car in the hotel carpark during our 3 night break in Lisbon

Quiet area but very close to tourist attractions. Large & nice room.

Our room wasn't enought clean (4 star).

large living room and very large bedroom. Room cleaned every day to a high standard. Reception staff extremly friendly, helpful and spoke English. Very close to metro, park and shops. Great supermarket less than a minute away, good cooking facilities in room and large fridge. The pool was great for the older children but not for younger children

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, 5 minute walk to Rato metro station, big room.

Good location in Lisbon. On a quite street. Nice balcony with the room for sitting outside in the evenings.

Small breakfast room, but it was not a problem, we sat on the outside patio.
