Large and spacious room. Having kitchen in the room is a plus.

Air condition is a little bit noisy. There is no iron and iron board in the room. We had to ask several times to borrow one from them.

The rooms were large and well designed

I felt the staff did not know English as well as I thought, they did not give me a 4:30 am wake up call for the airport which could have been a disaster. also they should have given us a credit for the second night as we only had 2 instead of 3 people, I could see the first night but......also he sent us to a neighborhood restaurant which was closed.

We stayed in a one bed apartment it was huge plently of space,beds were really comfortable,pool area is lovely,the staff were so nice and helpful and spoke great english

Everything. We had an upper suite, which was very clean and spacious ,overlooking the pool area and found this to be very quiet. It was only a short walk to the metro, buses, cafes and a small supermarket.After a busy day of Lisbon sightseeing, it was great to have our own lounge area to relax.We had travelled by car while on holiday in the Algarve, so it was good to leave the car in the hotel carpark during our 3 night break in Lisbon

large living room and very large bedroom. Room cleaned every day to a high standard. Reception staff extremly friendly, helpful and spoke English. Very close to metro, park and shops. Great supermarket less than a minute away, good cooking facilities in room and large fridge. The pool was great for the older children but not for younger children

Good location in Lisbon. On a quite street. Nice balcony with the room for sitting outside in the evenings.

Small breakfast room, but it was not a problem, we sat on the outside patio.

Stopped in this hotel twice. The first time have lodged in number 405, number with kitchen. The ware was dirty and not washed up. The electric tile heated up so long that it was easier to descend in cafe, than to drink in number to tea. In a corridor on a mirror there was a dust, and on the mirror of a stain. Very inconvenient arrangement of sockets) In number has ended soap, have asked to bring - have not brought (About number there was a service a room, daily from 7-8 mornings started to leave in a huff and was not possible to sleep. Number looks modern, but before arrival is visible it "have not freshened". The second time have lodged in number 408, have raised a category, but number also looked also not fresh. Water in a shower and in a bathroom flew slowly. In a shower there were no soap accessories. The personnel looks slovenly, badly understand English. Not far from the centre, it is possible to pass on foot or by the underground. From my credit card have blocked money for days for each arrival though at бронированиии it has been specified that is paid by cash at wear out. We and have made, but nobody has warned that the hotel has frozen means.
