Located just 850 m from the beach, this holiday flat for rent is part of the Clérigo - Holiday Beach Apartments development, located in the centre of São Martinho do Porto. It features two outdoor pools on the terrace with sea views and a gym. It is fully furnished, decorated and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday in the West region of Portugal. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area with open kitchen, and a magnificent balcony surrounding the flat, perfect to enjoy the West region sun to the fullest. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs and bed linen and towels are included in the booking price. Cleaning services and towel change during your stay are available for an Extra Fee. The flat also has a private parking space in the garage.
