“ all especially the breakfast!!!not alot ” Gary, Newquay This hotel is located in Lagos. It features a sauna, a hot tub and 2 ample outdoor swimming pools. Club House CVL is also conveniently located in Praia da Luz. The Club House offers accommodation in one of two buildings. The Beach building, 50 meters from the beach, with studio-type suites with a balcony. The Garden building offers rooms with balconies facing the gardens, and is 200 meters from the beach. Each of these air-conditioned units includes a seating area, TV and a private bathroom. Guests can relax in the hot tub or on-site sauna, try out the solarium with swing beds or even enjoy the lush gardens. The two large outdoor pools feature a pool bar, sun loungers and shaded seating. A children’s pool is also available. The hotel has a 24-hour reception. The complex has an Italian restaurant, as well as a barbecue area. The Luz Bay Club is just 200 metres away and features a buffet restaurant and cafeteria. We like the comfort, it is very relaxing, the pools are lovely, as it is April we had the pool to ourself. Closeness to the beach, shops and restaurants. This is our fourth visit and we will be back again later in the season.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful little city (not much is happening in the end of March, even though it was the Easter week) - but if you come for relaxation or rent a car this is the perfect place. Parking in front of hotel.

Close to the beach and restaurants Beautiful well manicured gardens Very clean throughout the property Helpful friendly staff The room key (a traditional metal key) was on a fob which activated the electricity supply to the room. The problem was that if you locked your door at night, if there was an emergency, getting the key into the lock would be very problematical as it is impossible to see the keyhole in the dark!!!

Good location of dining room, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff and nice pool area. We tried to have dinner on one evening of our stay but found that several of the dishes listed on the menu were not available, particularly as regards to starters and desserts. While our choice of main courses was available the food was only what could be described as mediocre. As this hotel was rated as 4 star it was very disappointing. What is the purpose of having a restaurant menu if a lot of the dishes are unavailable.

It's a really nice and relaxing place, 5 minutes away from the beautiful Luz beach. Appartments are clean and tidy, include big bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and a small terrace. The regular rate is quite high, aimed at British budgets I assume, but look out for online offers. I was surprised that wifi connection or deposit boxes were not included in the price. These are just minor drawbacks and overall experience is superb.

This hotel is lovely, it is the third time we have stayed here, and we will be back again, so that says it all. It is very relaxing, nice breakfast, nice rooms and good bathroom, towels changed daily and bed linen. Close to the beach.

Localização, e funcionários esforçados para agradar. O facto de pagar em dinheiro e não ser possivel passar fatura (ainda aguardo por ela no mail). Um dos quartos não tinha ar condicionado (ficámos em 2 quartos). As televisões não funcionavam quando chegamos. Penso que as 4 estrelas se referem ao hotel e nós ficamos na clv (casa velha luz) dai estes problemas todos. Penso que podem resolver tudo isto com pouca dificuldade. Não percebo o porquê de pedirem pagamento à chegada, uma vez que tem o cartão de crédito.

Praticamente tudo impecavel. Apenas não gostei do facto dos courts de ténis estarem completamente ao abandono e de ainda se pagar para ter acesso wi-fi... já é gratuito em todo lado...

Deixa desde já a ressalva que embora a marcação tenha sido na Casa Velha, a estadia foi no Hotel Luz Bay!!!! (Algum tipo de acordo).... Este Hotel Luz Bay é simplesmente fantástico...toda a involvência dos apartamentos novos e equipados e com óptima localização e serviços disponíveis. Apenas o facto de ter marcado apartamento com kicthenette e aquando da nossa chegada foi-nos dado um apart sem kicthenette..no entanto foi rapidamente resolvido....

La situation géographique, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, le déjeuner. Mise en garde: nous avons eu un petit problème pour trouver cet hôtel à Luz. Le nom qui figure dans la liste de Booking n'est pas le bon nom......on a demandé à un conducteur de taxi et il ne pouvait nous aider, nous affirmant que cet hôtel n'était pas à Luz. Finalement, on a trouvé avec l'aide d'une personne qui a fait les liens....le vrai nom de l'hôtel Club House Casa Velha Da Luz est: Hôtel Luz Bay, Beach Club

As piscinas e acesso às comodidades. Local agradável. Penso que não ficamos no sito que reservamos. Ficamos no Luz Bay. Podiamos ter ficado os quatro elementos num só quarto porque tinha condições. Só quando saimos me apercebi que tinhamos uma cozinha partilhada que podiamos usar.
