common areas and pools were well kept and beautiful our apartment was very outdated - tub had dead flies and the trash can had not been emptied from previous guests |

The hotel had everything you could need. The pools were fab. The pool bar grub was outstanding. The apartments had everything - washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer,kettle, toaster, microwave - home from home. The only drawback was that it is out of town. There is no footpath at all, even if you fancied a stroll in to the centre. And we had the baby buggy which made it more difficult. The supermarket on site doesn't carry any baby food of any description. Taxi to the centre cost €4. And you're there in less than 2 minutes |

The resort is well situated just outside of Albufeira and Ferreiras. The facilities were excellent, with pools and bars situated all over the complex. The apartment was clean and well equipped, though I did expect a few teabags/some instant coffee to be provided with the kettle! The staff at the on site bars and restaurants were infallible, excellent service! Some of the reception staff were fairly useless, unable to give clear directions to any of the local amenities never mind produce tickets to visit them, as advertised. Please do not let this be the deciding factor on whether or not you visit this complex, Clube Albufeira is without doubt the best hotel I have visited in recent years, and I will DEFINITELY be back. |

Easy to find - appartments are very spacious and well equiped. We only got clean towels and appt cleaned once in 7 days. Hotel manager visited us and was only interested in selling us an appartment and not providing information of use! |

O apartamento estava muito bem equipado em termos de electrodomésticos. Mais actividades e animação no resort. Na parte de Albufeira Village ainda há muito que fazer em termos de arranjos de exteriores. |

adorei o espaco como minha familia ja tinha estado em outros hoteis comparados com esse mas gostei muito deste muito siceramente principalmente dos empregos e empregas de limpeza simplesmente fantasticas a nivel de recpacao na minha chega fui muito vem atendido a minha habitacao era numero 225 pena foi que so pode estar nem se hotel 4 noites devido ao falecimento da uma irma da minha esposa num tragico acidente e quando fui informar a recpcao fui atendido por uma funcionario que simplesmente ignorou o que me sucedeu apenas interesa qual seria a hora que deixaria o apartamento fria e de um total despreso pelo cleinte de resto tudo foi excelente ate minha saida apenas esse reparo que julgo que deve ser tratado de uma forma mais humana e nao tao comerciamente obrigado |
