Location was okay. A lot of construction on road near by, making it difficult to drive back to hotel. Would recommend a car if you stay here. Public transportation is available. Business Center was convenient as there is no internet or land lines in the room. No airconditioning or fans to cool room. Room smelled very musty and moldy. They put us in a smoking room. Also didn't like that in room safe had a daily charge. |

Pools and grounds This resort is not 4* as advertised.This is a timeshare apartment resort with no obligation to guests. Front desk simply dont care. Extremely unhelpful staff and terrible food. Pizza, burger, hot dog and chips is the main fayre on offer. Check your bill as it probably shows over charges as ours and a neihbours did! |

The room was perfect and could have actually accommodated more than 4 people. Bad customer service! I had to learn 2 days into the stay about a 75e deposit for remotes to the ac & tv. Would have been helpful knowing about that the first day. Also, the place is very spread out and needs a golf cart to assist guests with luggage or finding their room. We had a hard time getting taxis. Would have been nice to know about the bus stop accross street and bus schedule. |

common areas and pools were well kept and beautiful our apartment was very outdated - tub had dead flies and the trash can had not been emptied from previous guests |

The hotel had everything you could need. The pools were fab. The pool bar grub was outstanding. The apartments had everything - washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer,kettle, toaster, microwave - home from home. The only drawback was that it is out of town. There is no footpath at all, even if you fancied a stroll in to the centre. And we had the baby buggy which made it more difficult. The supermarket on site doesn't carry any baby food of any description. Taxi to the centre cost €4. And you're there in less than 2 minutes |

The rate was great...about 50 euros a night. We had a 3rd story room and it was hard on the older and younger folks in our family to get up and down all the flights of stairs after a long day of walking on the beach. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. If you don't bring your own car, it's difficult to get get around the complex as it is very large and has a lot of big hills. The hotel is also about 2 miles from the main shopping, dinning and bar areas...you must have a car or wait for a taxi. There wasn't a place to eat close to the hotel that I could find. Bring your own food and you'll be in great shape! |

Dos espaços verdes ,das piscinas exteriores. Deveriam verificar o funcionamento do ar condicionado( 2 aparelhos não faziam frio) e as funcionárias do serviço de limpeza que falam muito alto logo pela manhã..... |

Altaat olivat siistit ja hyvin hoidetut ja huoneet olivat tilavat. Rauhallinen ympäristö ja mukava henkilökunta. Esitteessä väitettiin hotellin sijaitsevat lähellä rantaa, mutta todellisuudessa matka oli melkein kolme kilometriä. Sijaitsi vuorenrinteellä, joten kulkuesteisillä olisi ollut vaikeaa. Ilman autoa ei tulisi todennäköisesti toimeen, koska minkäännäköisiä kevyen liikenteen väyliä ei hotellilta lähtenyt. |
