Pleasantly placed in one of the most well-know holiday destinations in the Algarve, the hotel is situated in Praia da Rocha, close to the popular tourist town of Portimão.

Just a short stroll away from the sea and the marina, the resort also offers a health club with a complete range of facilities for your relaxation, such as warm water pools for adults and children, a massage room and Scottish baths.

Area information

The Clube Praia Mar is located only a 500 meters from Avenida Tomás Cabreira (avenue), where you can enjoy the famous Praia da Rocha (beach) and the newly built Marina da Praia da Rocha. Here, you will find several kinds of shops, restaurants and bars.

The hotel is situated just 2 km from the city of Portimão, now with its newly built river area, already famous for its typical restaurants with sardines.

About 3 km, you will find the typical fishing village of Alvor. By the Ria de Alvor there are several esplanades where you can enjoy the sunset.

About 15 km from Portimão you will find the historic city of Silves and about 24 km you will find Serra de Monchique (mountain) and the Estância Termal das Caldas de Monchique (thermal resort).

The apartment was new and nice. In the kitchen you can find everything you may need (except for the Italian moka obviously).

The apartment was not really clean. The daily maid service was approximate. Sheets were not "fresh". I expected a better service due to the many comments I read on the website before booking the apartment.

Helpfulness of staff, possibility to cook thanks to a very functional kitchen, position of hotel near at the sea and at the bus stop, spaciousness of rooms.

We are Italian people and we need to eat "Pasta"...well, in this hotel it wasn't a drainer for Pasta...but it is a trifle, we like very mutch this hotel!

It has a nice room, big and clean. Very confortable and near the beach. The kitchen has everything we need.

- The hot water finished before we could fill up the bathtub.
- The health club only works during commercial time, we arrived saturday 19:20h and couldnt use it, cause closes at 19h and dont open on sundays.

não gostei de nada, e ainda por cima fomos colocados no quarto das emergencias!!!, por não terem funcionaria de limpeza depois das 18hoo

Condições do quarto. Proximidade à praia e à zona de diversão nocturna.

O preço é um pouco exagerado, apesar de ser a época alta e de acompanhar o preço do resto do Algarve.

las vistas desde la habitación, el equipamiento del apartamento

Entrar en la habitación a partir de las 14.00 y salir antes de las 10.00 nos pareció un abuso, sobre todo cuando, como en nuestro caso, es una corta estancia.

El hotel nos ha sorprendido por lo general te esperas algo peor de lo que en realidad se publicita, pero en este caso ha sido lo contrario. En recepción han sido muy amables y el apartamento es enorme. Por cierto el baño tiene hidromasaje.jajajjajajaja genial después de tantos km. Es un sitio muy tranquilo genial para alguien con familia. Mi hijo dice que es su casita nueva.

Lo cierto es que todo ha sido genial, salvo que no hay donde comprar lo mas cercano es el continente a 15m andando, van a tener que traerse algunos de los chiringuitos que sobran por Albufeira. Un Beso.

pouco...muito pouco

hotel, seja de verão e inverno, tem que ter manutenção todos os dias, porque recebe Clientes todos os dias. Não tive TV nem Ar Condiconado.
