a qualidade do alojamento é excelente, nada tenho a apontar em relação a qualidade do alojamento. estive alojado estive alojado na quinta da pedra dos bicos, e a unica referencia negativa, foi estar no 13 sul P, e o alarme do r/c esta constantemente acionando, o que me fez ir varias vezes a recepção avisar já que ninguem aparecia a desactivar o alarme. |

Vriendelijke behulpzame receptionist.. Goede accommodatie Het brandalarm ging een keer af toen iemand zijn toast iets te zwart bakte. Dat was niet meer uit te krijgen. In het hele gebouw bleven anderhalf uur lang alle brandmelders piepen. Het was buiten kantooruren en er was niemand te bereiken omdat niemand van de gasten een noodnummer voor buiten de kantooruren had gekregen. |

A localização perto da praia e a limpeza diária dos apartamentos O material da cozinha é mínimo, o frigorífico necessita de ser mudado, as piscinas não estavam muito limpas e a piscina das crianças necessita urgentemente de restauro sob pena de mais crianças (além das minhas) se aleijarem seriamente. |

Quiero comentar que el llegar a este apartahotel me lleve una gran decepción. Las instalaciones muy viejas que no se parecen en nada a las vistas en las fotografias que ustedes tienen creo que deverian retomarlas de nuevo,pues me causo un trastorno de tener que buscar de nuevo, y dormir esa noche en un hotel que me fué dificil buscar pues viajaba con niños, y tener que abonar la 1ª noche |

Melhoria do atendimento, uma vez que não havia multibanco disponivel. Melhoria das condições de limpeza. Após três dias foi solicitada a mudança das toalhas e a resposta da funcionária da recepção foi altamente esclarecedora "Não estamos num hotel de 5 estrelas!!!" |
