Super, dass es Liegen auf der Terrasse gab! Auch genug Geschirr - sogar Salatschüsseln - zum Selbstverpflegen. Ein Wasserkocher war auch sehr praktisch!

as an owner at cpo we have visited the resort many times and have always been very pleased with our stay there.however we were dissapointed that we were not informed regarding the refurbishments at the resort

Lovely coast walks and fab beaches.

We stayed in an end ground floor studio brilliant size and everything you need including full kitchen, but being on the end was very noisey you could hear every conversation going past and then the very noisey people sounded like they were in the room in the room not good at 12.00, 1.00, 2.00, 3.00, 4,00 and 5.00am

The club praia da oura are lovely apartments, a bit away from the strip but other than that would def come back for another stay.

Proximity to beach and the Strip are big pluses. Staff are very friendly and helpful. While we were there, there was some building work being done nearby and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Apartments are clean, nicely decorated and very spacious.

Beautiful grounds, very close to the beach (although there are quite a lot of steps down/ or a steep ramp) Staff friendly and helpful, they did offer to change our room, but the room they showed us, was in the middle of the building works, with cement mixers and leads every where, which I did not feel was very safe for my daughter. The room was bigger than our original room, so they did fulfil their obligation to offer us a bigger room. The outside area s where there was no works being carried out, are very well maintained and clean. I especially liked the bird avery and bridged kids pool (this pool was fine for daughter) The other kids pool next to the large pool was being worked on, so unfortunetley we could not use this one, nor could us adults use the large pool, due to depth for daughter.

Firstly this is not a complaint, just an observation. On arrival to our Double room, with kitchenette. We were told that our extra bed (for our 3 year old daughter)would be sent along shortly? As we entered the room, it was very bright and clean, with a day bed along the wall, and a table and two chairs along the other wall. When I walked into what I thought was the bedroom, it turned out to be a bathroom?? Ok, so where is the trap door for the bedroom?? There is nt one. The day bed, pulls out into 2 single beds, to make a 'double bed' We crammed the extra bed in the room also, which was very cramped...however my daughter loved it as she thought it was a 'magic bed' that could be closed up and put away during the day. The kitchenette is basic, but serves its purpose. Bottom line...uncomfortable beds, ok room, but more stoage would be great. Would I stay again....yes, beacause the location of the room was amazing for us, other than that I'd say, needs some upgrading (for example new beds, with new matresses not 'put up beds' As for the builing works, from what I could see it was the reception area that was being improved and the kids pool, and an extra pathway put in. Did look like they were near completion. I think I'd safely say, by the summer season works would be complete. Hope all this reveiw is shown, as I have tried to give a fair account of this hotel.

The location is great just minutes from the strip and all shops, bars resturant etc. the staff are lovely and the resort in general is clean. The value for money was good and it is ideal as a budget holiday location.

The beds are rock hard, most uncomfortable,my fiance and I struggled to get a good nite sleep most nites but from talking to the locals it is a portugeese thing, they seem to like the hard bed, also I didnt like the fact that a double bed was advertised when it was 2 single bed's pushed together, this drives me mad altogether , although it seems to be a common theme around holiday destinations around europe. Also there is works going on around the pool area and it was a real bummer to hear a consaw going at 8:30 in the morning and while you are chilling out on the balcony or aroun d the pool.

Room was clean and good balcony with sunloungers. Would stay there again.

Location, cleanliness, and friendly staff

We were unlucky that a lot of upgrading work was being done, however it did not cause any problems to us

Location .ajacent to Faro airport.beach within walking distance. Good restaurants everywhere.free coach to shopping centre which include cinema for an evening out with a differance .walking to oldtown by cliff top an interesting adventure.Sir Cliff Richard wine tasting trip is a must.Staff in Reception welcoming , helpful .

Its closeness to beach and shops ,lovely relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff and fellow holidaymakers. Overall a wonderful place to spend my free time.

We have been coming to Albufeira,about 5 times per year for 12 years.IF We get a good price and a good room position we can't wait to return within weeks..if not we go to The Auramar,Soldeiro,or Monica Isabella.

We have sometimes been given poor position rooms and thus go elsewhere,
