Clean and safe for children. Great for beach - 50mts away. Away from noise of town centre Very small reception area for such a big complex. Too busy at check in times. |

The hotel is always excellent and the rooms clean and well stocked for self catering. drinks and food a bit pricey compared to the bars and restaurants in the strip |

We loved how everyone is so friendly and there to help!! How everything was so clean. The food was lovely and the security was fantastic enjoyable and a relaxing stay coming again without fail. Only thing that i'd say is about the cleaning products, that it did burn my nose a little it was like amonia that was used but still I wouldn't complain to much about it, it wasn't that bad! |

The staff could not have been more helpful. I have restricted mobility and they really went out of their way to meet my needs. The room was in an ideal position for the beach. It was made ready early for me so that I could rest after the journey. The gardens were beautiful and so well maintained. The beach is beautiful with great facilities. |

I loved the beach and the weather. The location is great. we traveled all around the area (you need a car). The unit has no air condition, it was warm at night when you have to close the curtains. All was very "spartan". |

There was plenty of house keeping assistance should we needed it. The rooms had every facility / equipment needed for a pleasant stay. The express check in was very poor. I filled out all my details online for myself, my wife & child & again for my parents for their room. When I arrived at the hotel I handed my express check in details in that I had printed, it was barely looked at, I thought the express check in would be pick up the keys etc but it took at least 30mins to check us all in. |

Have stayed here many times - love the views over the sea and the location of the CPO complex particularly. Apartments are spacious and heated (good at this time of year) - and after the inital phone call on the first morning, we were not approached again to time the 'timeshare tour'. Very noisy in the morning - building work going on and the maids meeting place was near by and could here them chatting frm about 8.30 onwards. |

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam Kamer verzoek niet roken maar heelas kamer stonk naar rook en als daar slechts een gaasten verzoek om niet in kamers te roken daar wordt toch 3 aasbakken in een studio. |

- la vue sur la mer - la disponibilité du personnel - du personnel parlant français une fois les 2 lits dépliés, il n'y avait plus de place dans le studio. Un lit "armoire" aurait été beaucoup plus pratique. |
