Our room, the swimming pool and the friendly staff. This is a good place to stay if you really enjoy peacuful environment and/or have a car or bicycle available to move around. Facilities like bar and restaurant had very limited opening hours. The hotel was very silent. Thereseemed to be hardly any people there! Only during the breakfast there was some action. Hotel's location is not very central, but on the other hand the Island of Santa Maria itself is also not the busiest place in the world.

Great situation, and nice pool We were there during the high-season, but the jacuzzi was broken, the internet connection wasn't available, the bar was most of the time empty (no vodka! No gin! No rhum! No tomato juice!) and the bartender had no idea how to do a cocktail... The architecture of the hotel, moreover, looked closer to an hospital than an hotel. What a pity on such a beautiful island!

A relação qualidade/preço. A dimensão dos quartos e a vista para o mar através de uma grande Janela com varanda. Para um quarto triplo, penso que a 3ª cama deveria ser igual às demais, pois não é uma cama extra... O que não se veio a verificar, tendo por isso achado a cama demasiado curta, não dormindo tão bem. O aspecto "menos bom" é a variedade do pequeno-almoço... Para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Horário do Ginásio não nos permite muito à vontade.

Funcionarios muito simpaticos. Hotel grande, bem equipado, com piscina. Quarto nao estava limpo, caixotes de lixo nao estavam vazios, nao tinha shampoo para lavar cabelo. Nivel de desinfeccao de casa do banho - zero.

Gostei da amabilidade dos funcionários. Está muito longe da praia e muito afastado do centro de Vila do Porto, sem transporte própio, fica dificil as deslocações para a Vila.

Do hotel ser novo com instalações otimas e o pessoal muitíssimo simpático. é um elefante branco. Demasiado grande para a taxa de ocupação que deve ser muito baixa o que leva a que haja falhas nos serviços por falta de pessoal. Só a coragem dos que lá trabalham é que torna possivel uma estadia agradável.

O Hotel encontra-se a precisar de manutenção mais a nivel do exterior, a decoração inteior é de fraco nivel. Não permitiram usar o quarto até ás 17h quando o hotel é enorme e se encontrava longe de estar esgotado.Pequeno alomoço fraco para 4 estrelas, numa ilha destas não tinha fruta fresca

Foram encontradas teias de aranha no tecto do quarto e aranhiço no lavatório do wc. O pequeno almoço (medíocre) não serve produtos locais de qualidade (biscoitos, mel e meloa).

Het hotel bevindt zich aan de rand van de stad. De keuken is matig waardoor men genoodzaakt wordt in de stad te eten; een aardige wandeling alvorens men aan tafel kan. Als men wil slapen met open (balkon)deur dan word je opgegeten door de muggen.

Het gebouw ziet er van buiten niet uit (charme van een Russische fabriekshal), maar is van binnen prima, hoewel wat steriel. Kamer was prima, mooi uitzicht over stad en zee vanaf balkon compenseert alle gebrek aan charme. Restaurant was okee. Kortom: we zouden een volgende keer weer hiervoor kiezen. Iets beters is er ook niet op Santa Maria. Waarmee ik niets ten nadele van het eiland wil zeggen.
