Location (near bus and metro) The bed was not great. A little bit too stiff. And even though we booked a twin, we got a double and due to the flight (little bit tired) I started to doubt myself and accepted the double. |

We were leaving early in the morning (before breakfast) and the staff had prepered a breakfast box for us. The breakfast had very few choices, with only the basics like sandwiches, yougurt and coffee. The room was old-fashioned and not very fresh. And the wall-to-wall fitted carpet is something that was last used in the 80's! It was also quite expensive considering the location and standard. |

The restaurant for breakfast was excellent with a fantastic view across the whole city. Location was reasonable and we could walk to all of the main sites around Rossio in less than half an hour or 5 minutes in a taxi. Also close to the Metro. The bathroom was too small and you could not sit forwards on the toilet without hitting the bath! |

The hotel was central to lISBON and the .tourist sites. And in an interesting area to boot. Not really we just usedf it as a base but it was perfect |

Hôtel bien situé, proche métro et bus. Pas de problème durant le séjour et réactivité lors de la réservation. L'accueil - froid et peu convivial. |

Hotel propre,la salle de restaurantau 9e etage,le petit dejeuner copieux J'ai reservé une chambre une nuiten leur indiquant que j'avais un cheque smatbox et à mon arrivée refus du cheque car soit disant qu'il faut telephoner et non reserver par l'intermediaire de booking.com...ils auraient pu m'envoyer un mail pour me confirmer vu que je leur ai laissé mon mail.autre chose le garage est payant(12euros par jour) alors que les hotels alentour c'est gratuit.attention de ne pas telephoner de l'hotel meme localement tres cher, environ 3euros 50 les 3 mn. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an der Metro-Station Douque de Loule. Somit kann man alle Attraktionen ohne weiters erreichen Im Zimmer ist es sehr eng zugegangen. Der Platz zwischen Fußende des Bettes und Kommode waren ca. 30 cm so dass man fast nur seitwärts durchgekommen ist. Ansonsten war es ok. |

De ligging was goed (vlak bij een metro en het centrum was te voet bereikbaar). Het ontbijt was prima. De douche-/wc-ruimte was krap. |

L'hotel est très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne à pied ou en transports en commun Le personnel de l'hôtel était plutôt froid. L'hôtel était bruyant, on entendait beaucoup les bruits de la rue. |

Está ubicado en una zona que sin ser el centro, te permite ir allí andando y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Había estado cinco años atrás, y desde entonces he notado cierto deterioro. Los baños son muy pequeños e incómodos. |

O excelente tratamento dos funcionários com os hospedes. Foram maravilhosos, prestativos, simpáticos e disponiveis para as nossas necessidades.Quanto ao hotel fica próximo ao centro comercial e bem localizado. Gostamos muito. Voces estao de parabéns. Pretendemos voltar em breve e ficaremos neste hotel e recomendaremos este hotel aos nossos amigos. Um obrigada especial ao Sr. Vasco, Sra. Lourdes, Fernanda, Carla e Fátima. Um grande abraco a todos.Maria Etelvina, Maria Eliete, Graca, Léa, e amigos. Melhorar o pequeno almoco, colocar mais opcoes de frutas, ovos mexidos, doces,etc. Está muito pobre para um hotel excelente como o de voces. |

A localização é muito boa, perto do centro histórico e de pontos turísticos. Que os funcionários do hotel estejam mais preparados para dar informações sobre restaurantes, shows, passeios, etc. |
