The restaurant for breakfast was excellent with a fantastic view across the whole city. Location was reasonable and we could walk to all of the main sites around Rossio in less than half an hour or 5 minutes in a taxi. Also close to the Metro. The bathroom was too small and you could not sit forwards on the toilet without hitting the bath! |

The hotel was central to lISBON and the .tourist sites. And in an interesting area to boot. Not really we just usedf it as a base but it was perfect |

I expect a lower standard from Comfort Hotel's compared with Quality but this was indeed in need of a re-fit. However, this Hotel had a lovely Restaurant with excellent food but even better service. Our waiter was a friend at the end of our stay. Nothing was to much trouble for him and his wife (who was on at b/fast) was also extremely efficient and hard working. Compared with Porto, I must admit that I found the Reception staff not as obliging. This was possibly due to the lack of English. |

Bed was pretty confortable, the room and bathroom were spacious.. Well the breakfast buffet didn't have much of a variety. One type of cheese, One type of juice... etc.. too little fruit and vegetables for a vegetarian.. |

A localização é muito boa, perto do centro histórico e de pontos turísticos. Que os funcionários do hotel estejam mais preparados para dar informações sobre restaurantes, shows, passeios, etc. |

Fica no centro de Lisboa onde facilmente se chega a qualquer ponto da Cidade. Melhorar a relacção qualidade/preço; Melhorar o conforto o qualidade; melhorar a qualidade do mobiliário dos quartos e dos acabamentos da casa de banho; melhorar a insonorização entre quartos (ouve-se tudo no quarto ao lado, tuuudo mesmo) |

seul l'entrée de cet hotel vaut un 3 étoiles gros problème de sonorisation,1 nuit il nous ont changé de chambre, et ensuite l'on entend toutes les portes ,toutes les conversations , la derniére nuit à 2h du matin j'ai été frappé à la chambre voisine afin qu'ils arretent de parler ,car l'on entendait tout . + problème d'inondation pas réglé en 2 jours |

La situación, estaba realativamente cerca de los sitios que teníamos previsto visitar, pudiendo hacer la mayoría de los recorridos andando. El edificio no está muy bien conservado, sobre todo la parte externa, la habitación y el baño necesitaría una mejor, el colchón era bastante duro e incomodo, se oian bastante los ruidos externos por las noches. |

Localização do hotel. A água quente no quarto de banho era escassa e demorava imenso tempo a chegar. Quando começava a chegar era morna e não quente. |

Las vistas desde la ultima planta donde se hacia el desayuno. Los hoteles en lisboa son muy caros, es un 3 estrellas pero de baja calidad, pero no hay mucho donde elegir a no ser que puedas permitirte gastarte más dinero en un hotel mejor. Desayuno muy excaso. Habitación doble con dos camas separadas. Baño muy pequeño y viejo. Muelles del colchon y almohadas pequeñas y muy finas y gastadas. |
