Very friendly and helpful staff. Located close to Metro. Rooms and hotel generally very clean.

Empty mini-bar and no tea/coffee making facilities.

Room was very clean, and location was quite alright as it had a metro station entrance practically in front of the hotel(no noise). Reception staff were ok, though not overly enthusiastic. Gentleman in charge of the satisfactory breakfast buffet was a genuine professional, highly attentive and very polite. The pillows were clean, allergy-free, and very comfortable, as was the bed. Nice neighbourhood.

The room was slightly "claustrophobic", due to its size. It was well equipped though, with a desk, amply sized window, flat-screen tv, mini fridge, and comfortably sized bathroom.

Upon our arrival the reception welcoming was warm and pleasant, we got maps and info about the place where we were, the shopping around the hotel, the places to see were circled for us, the staff spoke excellent english, we stayed 6 days, with just two exceprions. This is a clean hotel that serves very good quality breakfast ( included in price ) , with fresh buns , even variety of frech and canned fruit. The staff in the buffet is fast, efficient and cortious especially Mr. Miguel Proximity to metro which is just outside. But we prefered to travel above ground with 123 Bus tickets. I liked the lower prices offered on internet, apparently a day's stay is Euro 400 to 450 by the posting on our doors - at Euro 400 there must be better places in Lisboa. I got almost gor used to staffing my ears with silicone ear pluggs :) and almosr became hooked on the sleeping pills not to be focused on the noise made by the "Frenchmen" next room.

We requested a quiet , non smoking room, away from noise, elevators, a twin room for two people. We received two twin beds pressed to each sharing one head board- not a bad idea I suppose with a gaping hole between the two beds. Our room was on the 7th floor and nextt to the elevator, thin one glass windows, room filled with a clinging air freshener or a cheap perfume, and we suspected smolers used the room and ths staff tried desperately to mask the smoke smell. For the rest of the stay we left message not to use more perfume and/or air fresheners in our room and they complied with a smile. Since Lisboa Airpor is just Euro 8 taxi ride ,away = "close by", the airoplanes of all sizes were landing till about midnight, with the characteristic noise, planes landing every minute or less. The street noise was heard, people yelling and blowing horns- while the street is not busi with traffic. Our neighbours were very noisy and we heard them talking and banging the furnature till 4 am. When inquiring at the reception, we were told there is a large group of Frenchmen. There is a nasty single low step below the stairway from the first floor where breakfast is served. I wiped out on this low step and saw another man trio and fall with reception staff reacting as if theu saw it many times before. The TV offer just two English channel 10 & 11 with CNN & Bloombarg business news, doom and gloom about European economy- depressing. No Holiday movie channel ? The beds were OK, the covering too, but the two offered cussions are wierd -flat, oval in profile, hard stuffed- you will have a neck kinked in the morning. WC light switch is outside the bathroom so you must turn on the light on the outside, then open the door and flood room with light - disturbing your companion if he/she manages to fall asleeo with all the noise from outside, next room and the hallway.

Location was ok - close to metro. Parking on site very convenient. Staff was helpful. Room was fine.

The neighborhood doesn't have much in the way of restaurants and the portuguese one recommended by the hotel was greasy and really bad - we ate chinese the next two nights. The extra bed in the room was not very good. Bring your own shampoo.

Very good location: close to metro, shopping cetnrum, parks, museums. No noise from street, beautiful view from window.

One of the friendliest, nicest hotels I've ever stayed in and in an excellent location, close to the metro and Lisbon's most important museum. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The buffet breakfasts are excellent.

1.Superb value for money 2.Bedrooms small, well designed, very clean and welcoming. It's better to pay extra for a larger bedroom (they describe it as 'romantic and include a bottle of 'champagne' and some chocolates) 3.The hotel is right opposite a Metro station. The Metro is excellent, inexpensive and enables you to quickly get anywhere in Lisbon. 4. Last but not least, the staff are efficient and friendly

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is closed to main shopping centers, restaurants and metro staions. The price is reazonable for what the hotel offers.

The braskfast should have diet/light products like: white chease, breads and iogurts. The internet service should be free if charge, like many many hotels in the world nowadays.

My sixth-floor room was clean and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and temperature control. Bathroom likewise, though cramped. It overlooked a chiefly pedestrianized street with a convenient metro entrance.

Breakfast was dull and not of the highest quality: cheap cheese and ham selection and croissants and cakes that looked much better than they tasted. Nothing cooked on offer and the coffee was frpm an automat. I'd advise the hotel to change their baker!

There were English speaking staff on duty at all times. It was clean and comfortable. It's right opposite the Metro Station entrance. It was a quiet street but easy walking distance to several reasonably prices restaurants. We would use it again

No tea-making facilities in the room. You had to pay for the key to the room safe.
