ホテルのスタッフが皆、親切で素晴らしい。 地下鉄の駅も近く、エル・コルテ・イングレスと直結しているので、スーパーやフードコートに寄れるので便利- です。ただしこの駅は21：30で閉まってしまうので、遅くなるときは一つ手前の駅で降りますが、歩いても- それほど苦になりませんでした。 |

非常に清潔で、使いやすい。近くに美術館やデパートもあるため夜遅くまで楽しめる。おしゃれなレストランが- あまり無いのが残念だが、デパート内のデリやカフェも充実しているため困らない。 前の道が工事中のため（2008年12月）少々うるさい。 |

特に不満な点もなくスタッフも親切でよかったです。観光の中心地区からは地下鉄での移動になりますが、駅も- 近いし、夜10時まで開いているデパートが近いのはポイントが高いですね。 自分の車でホテルまで行こうとすると工事と一方通行で大変。（2008年11月現在） |

二部屋予約しましたが、一部屋が大変狭く３日目にやっと大きな部屋に変えてくれました。 写真に写っている部屋は、各階に一部屋しか在りません。 |

For the money we paid, this was a great value 3-star hotel. The room while not huge, was very adequate for the price. The location, given that there is a metro outside the door, is good. The staff were all friendly bar one - I thought she was going to bite my head off when I merely asked her how to get to the airport! |

Excellent hotel. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room modern and well equipped and very clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet complete. Location couldn't be better with metro stop in front of hotel. Easy access from airport with airport bus - a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend. |

it is only 10m to metro station, and red line comes directly from Main Train Station Oriente. 1 hour internet costs 3 €, too much. Breakfast could be better. |

Safe parking a real bonus as otherwise your car could be miles away. The "Business centre" internet machines worked well and at a sensible price, unlike internet cafes around. Breakfast was an extensive cold buffet and toast. Adequate to start a busy day. Metro station right outside. The room was small, but adequate, with ensuite facilities. This is not an easy city to find an hotel in, so the directions were helpful, but not fool proof, as we proved. |

We were very content with everything, service, location (metro entrance in front of the door), friendly staff, breakfast, parking, - and really quiet at night. We recomment this nice clean hotel to our friends |

Location directly across from a new metro station. And within a block or 2 there is a very large shopping center with everything you could need including groceries, retail, and restaurants. Getting to the hotel was a little confusing because of the construction, the gps got confused. |

Hotel was clean, opposite new Metro Station, good Air conditioning, and Breakfast was more than adequate No fridge in room, no tea/coffee facility, as available in most UK Hotels. We had a veranda, but one would not sit.. no chairs available, the outlook was air conditioning units. Again there was one chair in the room for two people. Don't go here for a view. |

The size of the room was amazing and the staff was fairly nice (depending on with whom you spoke). The breakfast was also very good and well worth the 6 Euro |

Big, clean and quiet room. Location: near the metro station and near a big shopping center. Early breakfast hours 07.15 until 10.30 Boring breakfast, it needs variety. The dust coming from the building site near the hotel entrance. The cleaning hours extended until 2 pm (we had to wait 2 times for the cleaning ladies to finish their work). |

We were staying there just for one night because it was close to the airport - 12 minutes by taxi (we had an early flight). It is not far from the center and underground. Reconstruction of the road - the hotel management must inform guests about that in advance. |

Its closeness to the Metro and its also within walking distance of most areas a tourist needs to go to. The breakfast is very good - great choice of foods. The sound isolation in rooms was very good. Good and helpful staff. |
