Located in a very peaceful place. Perfect if you want to relax by the pool surrounded by nature from every side. Stunning acomodations, so charming and full of history. The hotel staff is very courteous and extremely helpful. I can consider this one of the best hotels I've ever been.

Very quiet and roomy just what we wanted.

A special place in a special environment. We loved to sit in front of the chimney and our little one loved to play with all the toys from the kids room. We will certainly come back.

Really lovely staff, the best meal we had during our 2 week tour of Portugal, exceptional value and great pool. I would love to go back.

A small hotel and unfortunately were unable to provide an evening meal. However, they recommended a superb restaurant some 20 minutes drive from the hotel.

Beautiful and peaceful convent. Big rooms! The pool was really nice, the decoration of the convent was cozy. Had a room with ping-pong and games and a room with children toys. D. Fatima can make you lunch or dinner if you want to, and it's really good homemade food, our daughter had lunch everyday and it was a plus in our stay! The water is also really good!!!! We had the pleasure of talking to the owners and they were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but good, the funniest part was you did your own orange juice.... the best juice ever!! Good location, 5km from Portalegre and it's near Marvão... beautiful village in the top of the hill. 'The only place in Portugal where you can see an eagle from his back'... taught me the mother of the owner! :)

Just think the breakfast could have some regional products, for example, cheese and 'chouriços' from Alentejo. And maybe some traditional cakes too.

We had a very pleasant stay. A personal hotell with a nice pool. Good location for trips to Marvao and Castelo de Vide, and quite close to Portalegre with good restaurants (we recommend TombaLobos). We also loved the house-lady Fatima, whom with her happy greetings made us feel especially welcome. We would love to come back.

We've felt absolutely at home at the hotel. The location is just stunning and breakfast is also good. Bed was king size and really comfy and the bathroom nice and clean.
