The building and the hotel location. It is a wonderful place The building was, in my opinion, very well restored. The breakfast was very poor . For me it´s not an hotel, but a kind of museum (it needs more organization and another kind of satff to be an hotel (please note that the satff was kind, making the best to help the guests).Something is missing there in order to make a real hotel. |

Sightseeing, building, decoration. Services did not match at all. Bad breakfast, other services except room inexistent. It was a pity to see such a wonderful place with so bad control of services and nothing to offer ( notihng on the original site of the hotel was working such as pools, gym, etc) |

A real one off, beautiful setting, hotel full of history, very good value for money. No good if you are looking for perfect pampering but not to be missed if you are looking for something interesting and grand at a budget price. People are nice too. |

l'environnement et le cadre : mermeilleux : hotel situé sur un site superbe. un véritable musée magnifique le non professionnalisme du personnel bien que charmant. hôtel plutôt accès sur l'organisation d'évènements locaux (réceptions mariages anniversaires...) donc très bruyant le week end (à fuir) / l'impossibilité d'utiliser la piscine magnifique pendant 4 jours et petit déjeuner à éviter |

Da zona envolvente. O enquadramento paisagístico é fantástico. Enquanto o hotel não estiver efectivamente dotado de todos os serviços que aparecem no site, deviam baixar os preços consideravelmente. |

Hotel ricavato dalla trasformazione di un convento/castello storico, purtroppo un pò trascurata la "manutenzione ordinaria". Il posto stupendo sul fiume, dista circa 50 km da Porto. Otiima la cena consumata nell'antico refettorio davanti ad un enorme camino. Colazione sufficente, personale molto disponibile. Da consigliare |

Nada No existe ningún tipo de trato del personal con respecto al cliente. La comida es de plato único y no te informan sobre su composición hasta que lo sirven siendo además su precio exagerado para ser un "plato del día." El acceso al hotel es difícil. La cama de matrimonio es de 1,20m de ancho y no de almenos, 1,35m. |

Le site et l'édifice sont superbes Absence de services et personnel quasi inexistant. Il semblerait que l'hôtel soit plus ou moins à l'abandon (cendriers non vidés, verres sales trainant partout, deux heures d'attente pour le service d'un plat). Une sonorisation agressive, autour de la piscine , alors que le site est d'un calme serein et mériterait mieux. |
