I like during relax/massage and drink at the bar outside. It is walking distance from town, nice I hate when there is many people that man cant get the elevator. we stood there 10 min. every time not good. and one of the door man was very arrogant, it seemed as if he meant we had no money. right condescending |

Food in Tipico restaurant was good, room comfortable, excellent value for money Staff on the front desk unfriendly and not very helpful. Pool area is dated and service in the bar was very slow. |

I was travelling with a group of six people and everyone agreed that we had the best accommodation in the best location in Lisbon. Metro station across the road. bus station just down the street, and a 16 min walk through the park had you in the city centre. Breakfast was a dream wake up call and while the prices of the mini bar in the bedroom were high drink prices elsewhere in hotel were comparable with home prices. And because we booked early through Booking .com we got amazing value. Hard to please everyone but on this trip I succeeded No, absolutely nothing. |

We stayed in an executive room which entitled you to the use of the executive lounge where you have breakfast in peace & quiet with great views over Lisbon. Also on offer were free drinks & snacks all day which was a great bonus. The hotel is lovely & only a 5 euro taxi ride from the old town. Would definitely stay there again. Staff were very nice & helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay. |

Good facilities in general, bar lounge area comfy and nice, including the outside garden. Buffet breakfast rather expensive with the type of quality receievd. Also it is rather chaotic after 9am as there are so many guests queuing for buffet breakfast. One instance I had to wait for 20mins for a cup of coffee after 3 requests. Swimming pool was too small and it is not an outdoor one as described, although it was clean. The restaurant Tipico was generally good however with the price that we pay the quality is rtather inconsistent. |

I asked a upper floor when I made the reservation but I received a room in the lowest floor. We were waiting the lift for 10 minutes and many times we decided to go by stairs. Hotel Parking not included and very expensive. I booked a superior room but we received a normal room. It doesn't correspond to a 5* hotel. |

I have to say that I was so impressed that I wrote them a letter. In all the travelling I have done, I very rarely find a hotel with as much individual attention as this hotel gave to my whole family. It was clean, well decorated and the staff are definitely their greatest asset. The spa is worth the trip alone. |

We were impressed from the start. Staff were welcoming, efficient, friendly and helpful with the right 'personal touch'. The room was just what we wanted. We would look to book with other Corinthia hotels because of our experience with you. Thank you. The surrounding area was a little daunting at firs; when we reached the hotel we felt more reassured. |

The hotel was clean and well maintained; staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient metro links to the centre were a 2 minute walk away. The hotel is clean and smart but, by five star standards, is poor in terms of any luxuries - the room tea making facilities were poor, as was the provision of toiletries in the bathroom. Please also note - there is not an outdoor pool - this is an indoor pool with an outdoor decking area separate. This was disappointing because it does specify an outdoor pool in the hotel description. |

I liked everything about the Corinthia Lisbon, the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clean, breakfast great! I really liked the terrace to sit outside at eveinings with my friends and have a drink. The pool bit small and the sundeck seemed small as well in busy times. |

Nothing particular. just a normal big business hotel making promotions during august because of the lack of business people Since you book a promotion you are treated as a tourist with small money. it can not pretend to be a 5 stars .the corinthia from budapest is 1000 times better. I was very disapointed |

The hotel staff was amazing. Very good resurants in close proximity. We used the Metro to get all over the city and the terminal was just across the street by the zoo. There is no hotel shuttle to the airport but taxies are plentifull. We would book again. |

I stayed executive floor so I can used sky lounge.People who worked there were really helpfull.Breakfast was good. I stayed 4 nights.First two nights was great but third morning I woke up 8 am with the drill noise!!! 4th morning I woke up with the hummer noise...When I leave the hotel they said sorry and didn't charge to me my extras. Staff was friendly but still I shouldn't live this experience such a good city. |
