Corinthia Hotel Lisbon  

The staff were superb, all of them. Helpful, friendly, efficient. They couldn't have been better. The hotel was relaxing, very clean, nicely decorated. I would recommend it to anyone. As it is in the finance district, great for business travellers, but also, as in our case, tourists. It is very close to the railway/metro and the tour bus stop, so easy to get into the centre of town. The bar was lovely, with a piano player most nights, and sometimes a singer. Jose the barman was delightful.

We stayed in a superior room with access to the executive lounge and the facilities were excellent. The staff were most helpful throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel, close to the Metro, makes it ideal for getting to all parts of the city with ease.

Electronic key failed every day and had to be reset to gain access to the room.

Verry helpful reception staff ( special Mrs Natasha and Mr. Joan ),Thank you again this way. Near the downcentre and the airport( about 7-8 km away , 7-10 min with the car , 7-10e with taxi ) verry nice views of Lisbon , from the 24 floor ( executive restaurant ) .

Excellent service and quality of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisbon and Corinthia Hotel.

We stayed at the Corinthia in October 2010 and were very pleased with our accomodation. When we decided to visit Lisbon again in 2011, we did not even look into any other available accomodation. We felt that in 2010 and 2011 you offered very good value and services. We really enjoyed the indoor swimming and used it every day we were there. Last year we had the buffet breakfast each morning and ate every night but one in the dining room of your hotel. This year we did not partake of the buffet breakfast as we wanted more of a continental breakfast. We did eat every night but one at the hotel. One night there was the option for a salad bar which we quite enjoyed and wished that would have been available more often. We would have liked to see more salads available on the a la carte menu. Our 2nd time with you was as enjoyable as the 1st and should we ever visit Lisbon again, would choose you for our accomodation and highly recommend you to others.

Before I booked this hotel I read alot of the reviews on this site, there was alot of great comments but also some bad ones. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, everything was top class. The rooms were spotless, the staff very helpful. The spa and swimming pool/sun lounge area were fantastic. I travelled to Lisbon with my 3 sisters for 5 days and I can honestly say we were all happy to stay in the hotel everyday with the facilities available to us. One extra nice surprise for us was when we returning to the room one day the hotel left a bottle of Champagne and a Birthday cake for me, compliments of the hotel..!

I can only fault one thing during my 5 night stay at the Corinthia Hotel. One of the waiters at breakfast one morning was extremely rude to us but that is the only thing I could fault during the stay.

The hotel has the wow factor everything about the place was perfect.

Great experience in this hotel with 5 stars standard services (executive lounge). This hotel is close to a metro station and so very easy access to the downtown. We appreciate all except the swimming pool but this was not the goal of our visit. For the paid price, we give the maximum note.

Too small swimming pool, with many children and so noisy.

Beautiful well run luxury hotel without pretention - excellent efficient and very pleasant staff throughout.

We had no negatives about the hotel - initially we feared it was a little far out of the city centre but the metro nearby was excellent - we used it all the time

we stayed in Executieve room package,and it was really great value. We can use the lounge in 34th floor and have a drink in the early evening before we go out for dinner,and also breakfast is served in this lounge,therefore we can avoid crowded breakfast buffet. Addtion to this, the SPA and gym in the 2nd floor was very good. I went to SPA for massage while my husband wants to excursise in the gym and we both enjoyed alot. Plus, hotel location is also very convenient, only 2min to nearest station and local small shopping is next door. We would like to come back to this hotel if we have a chance to visit Lisbon again.

If we pick up one point, I would say, they dont have enough lift (elevator) compare with the capacity of guest rooms.(for 33 floors, only 4 elevators) In the morning, we had to wait for 20mins to get one of the lift,and for 32nd floor,it is difficult to use stairs! but this is only small issue.
