The location. It is very nearby to the metro station to get the city center. But, the room facilities were very poor e.g. bathroom did not have hair dryer which is ordinary appliance for a hotel. |

Nice Hotel, very good room size, perfect breakfast. 50 metres from Tube. Amazing relation quality/price. Bom hotel com quartos grandes e pequeno almoco (cafe da manha) perfeito. 50 metros do metro. |

With the promotion they offer for once in a while, it was the most affordable stay among my 5-star hotel experiences, and the facilities and commodities are as decent as any other 5-stars and that led us to even extend our stay for one more day. |

Big room, well equiped, silent.Good value for the money. We were a couple staying in a double room. WE had only one single pair of slippers, one big towel and other product missing. |

Good staff Room was rather small and the air conditioning was poor, we actually were quite hot in our room. Also parking is rather expensive and you must pay for each time you enter and leave the parking area making it even more expensive. |

Atendimento muito bom, quarto standart bastante pequeno,(com cama de casal) penso que os double (2camas individuais) sao algo maiores. no entanto a alcatifa estava cheia de nodoas e o chuveiro estava partido, a casa de banho estava muito velha em geral e cheia de "bolor" na banheira. modernizem as casas de banho e coloquem "chao flutuante" nos quartos,ficará muito melhor, pois sem isso é um 4* e não 5* |

La relación calidad-precio fue excelente. El hotel es grande y en general está en muy buenas condiciones. Aunque está en la ruta de entrada de los aviones, hay una buena insonorización por lo que es casi imperceptible. La zona es tranquila incluso para caminar en la noche aunque no hay mucho movimiento ni lugares de ocio cercanos. La parada del camión está a media cuadra y el metro a dos... El costo para el uso de internet en el business center lo considero alto (3 euros por hora). |

Habitación confortable y grande. Cama muy cómoda. Limpio. Muy cerca del aeropuerto. El hotel no disponia de piscina ni spa. Estan en obras desde hace años. Las llaves electrónicas se estropeaban cada dos por tres. |

El ventanal de la habitación y sus vistas son preciosas, aunque por la mañana entra demasiada luz, aunque cierres bien las cortinas La piscina está cerrada por obras y el hotel está alejado del centro, el parking del hotel me parece caro y no es facil aparcar en la calle. |
