Corinthia Hotel Lisbon

reception desk staffs are very slow. I had to wait 45 minutes for check out.

When we come to the hotel they didn't have room for us and we must wait 1,5 hours for our room. After that they give as smaller room, different of room I booked. That was not superior room with king size bad. Minus for hotel.

It's near many buses and "azul" line metro; Breakfast is wonderful; free swimming pool and solarium allow you to relax when it's too hot for walking

Carpet in room wasn't very clean; There isn't any intersting views from the room (7° floor)

everything was wonderful: the staff, the room( they gave us the executive type because couldn't install the suplimentary bed for the child in the superior one ), the pool, the services, the proximity to the subway,

efficeny of staff, choice of restaurants, cleanliness

Being ona higher floor the hotel was quiet and comfortable.

My friend who was on a lower floor had trouble with some noise.

Our stay in Lisbon was great at Corinthia Hotel. We really enjoyed. The price/quality for this hotel is very good. The beds were very confortable and the room and bath were very clean.

was not as close as I thought to the older district

Lovely hotel, great pool area, spa, executive lounge.

Breakfast was excellent, but the room service food and food ordered at the garden bar was always luke warm, in fairness we did not complain but just thought the hotel should be aware...

Loved the Spa which is very plush. Also liked the outside bar and general look and feel of the hotel. Staff were corteous and discrete.

The internet connection was poor and wireless was only available on the ground floor for non-Exetive Club members. This became irratic and sometimes was very slow.

executive lounge was exellent.

The glass board by the bath tab did not work as a shield to stop soaking the floor. I did not like the way people on phones taking orders for inroom dining talked to customers like me.

At reduced rates the hotel offers truely good value for money. The breakfast especially is very good as is the accessibility by public transport. The rooms are fine, too, and some of the staff are very helpful others however are not as competent as you'd wish them to be. Another pleasant aspect is the lounge, which offers a very pleasant location for an afternoon coffee or a nightcap in an otherwise somewhat uninviting area.

The overpriced internet rate in the 'business center' (3 eur per hour) and the general lack of free wireless internet was very annoying, espcially for a business hotel. Another minor drawback was the fact that I had to ask twice before a leak in the bathroom was fixed. While not problematic as such, it isn't quite the service you'd expect of a 5 star hotel. Otherwise however everything was very enjoyable!

The hotel room was very nice and had all amenities we needed. The view over the city from the window was also a nice feature. As a minor setback we noticed that the room was not a non smoking room, however this was probably inevitable because we made the reservation on the previous day!
