Déco sympa et soignée. Les chambres sont petites. Le service au restaurant et au petit déjeuner au 24e étage ne correspond pas à la catégorie de l'hotel: il faut appeler les serveurs pour qu'ils débarassent la table. |

La gentillesse du personnel Le parking - 18eur par jour, mais ce qui n'est pas précisé lors de la demande (orale), c'est qu'à chaque sortie, vous payez de nouveau au quart d'heure de stationnement - ce qui peut vous couter jusqu'à 25 eur la journée ... la piscine - est mentionnée comme étant à l'extérieur or elle est intérieure ... la vue - sur le périphérique - aucune vue autre quel que soit le prix payé pour la chambre ... |

La terrasse. La piscine avait l'air bien, mais toujours pas ouverte.Resto petit-dej (attention 15 euros p/p!!!) Bruit et proximité des avions!!! Un 5* pas très sophistiqué, 0 services-loisirs. |

Hôtel bien situé (au pied du métro - ligne directe pour le centre de Lisbonne). Chambres agréables et confortables. Restaurant très bien (buffet pour tous les gouts). Climatisation HS dans la chambre. Quartier peu agréables (en construction type zone industrielle). |

very comfortable and luxurious. loved the design and location for such a low price. booked without parking which would have been 18 euro per night but didnt have any problems finding parking space around the hotel. also booked without breakfast which would have cost 15 euro per person per day but right next to the hotel there is a restaurant which serves great breakfast and lunch for small money. the rooms where very quiet and there is a cute little swimming pool and sun bathing terrace for gratis use as well as a gym for free. they have a brand new spa which is expensive of course. one of the employees showed us around although the spa area had not officially opened yet which we found very obliging! so all in all very recommendable. |

I loved the treatment and the people where very friendly and professional absolutaly five star people and the athmosfere is amazing. is just the food sometimes was very expensive and was not really the food I was expecting for and the size of tha food was really the one I expected for. |

It is a comfortable, quiet hotel with an excellent restaurant in a convenient location. The staff was extremely friendly and effusive in their willingness to help but when I tried to offer one suggestion, the front desk clerk became defensive. |

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the hotel itself was well appointed and attractive. The room was clean and had a great view! I felt like I was staying in a top-notch hotel. The toilet was leaky and the blanket on the bed |

Staff are very friendly & helpfull . Location is OK . rooms are nice & clean. Food very good. The pool & health club were not operetaing due to some problems and that was not mentioned in your Info during my reservation |

The location. It is very nearby to the metro station to get the city center. But, the room facilities were very poor e.g. bathroom did not have hair dryer which is ordinary appliance for a hotel. |
