This 4-star hotel complex in the Algarve is approximately one hour from Faro International Airport and just 2 hours from the Portuguese capital, Lisbon.

Costa d’Oiro Ambiance Village is located on the outskirts of Lagos and is made up of a group of individual residential tourist units, just 300 metres from the attractive local beaches of Dona Ana and Don Camilo. The spectacular Ponta da Piedade headland is within easy walking distance, as is the town centre (1 km).

A Mediterranean influence pervades the decor of the 68 suites, including 16 twin bed double rooms, 36 studios and 16 single bedroom apartments.

Almost nothing. Far from a decent beach (the closest one was always
overcrowded), far from the city center.

*The quality/price ration is ridiculous!!! Too expensive for what it
is:breakfast is poor,swimming pool is just a pool,quite few tv channels
(4-Portuguise,3-German,1-English), you can hardly find somebody at the
reception, staff is too busy to pay attention to your needs. We have
booked an apartment. The photos on the website do not show the
reality+to have breakfast we had to take the car!

Pleasant environment with nice grounds and and pools. Within walking distance of restaurants in old town.Good breakfast selection and facilities.

the "indoor swimming pool" is actually an outdoor pool with some sort of cover over the water... you can't use it in cool weather as you would expect from a proper indoor pool

Hotellin vastaanotto ja neuvonta asiallisen ystävällistä :) Puhtaus kauttaaltaan hotellissa, hotellin sijainti, erittäin viihtyisä apathomentos pihoineen. Aamiainen loistava ja ravintolan henkilökunta myös hyvin ystävällistä! Lyhyt matka rannoille, hieman enemmän käveltävää varsinaiseen keskustaan. Mutta jos ei jaksa kävellä, taxit ovat edullisia! :) Kaikin puolin erittäin positiivinen kokemus!

Vain yksi pieni kuriositeetti: tyttäremme ui mielellään pihan uima-altaassa. Sen vesi olisi voinut olla hieman lämpimämpää. Mutta vesi oli myös erittäin puhdasta!
