Staff helpful. The hotel corridors and rooms require a new carpet throughout. The hotel bar needs to remain open after 11 in the evening for residents. The breakfast needs to be more varied. |

Newly refurbished, pleasant room. Excellent buffet breakfast (included). Ample free parking in front. Although one review mentioned lack of eating establishments on Sundays, we had a light late-night dinner twice at a nearby Maratona, open 7 days a week, and featuring salads, hot and cold sandwihes, hamburgers, and crepes. As you leave the hotel, go right to the next square. The "snack shop" is also on the right, across from the side of the church on the square. |

The excellent food and friendliness of the all the staff. The lovely decor. It was a truly pleasant experience spending a few days there. Purely a physical thing. but easily remedied.....double glazing should be put in rooms facing the street.....I found the traffic noisy but I'm very sensitive about this subject. Tune the piano (possibly buy a baby grand) and encourage live music. (! have not read other peoples' opinions...see 3...4 below) |

The hotel is very centrally situated to the shops and restaurants in the town. Staff were very helpful and it was very good value for money. The breakfast had an excellent choice of food and drink available. Beds and pillows were comfy. |

It was very closed to the busstation. The room was very cold. The restaurant was closed all the time except the breakfest, although in your information there should be a restaurant open. On sunday afternoon all the restaurants in the city were closed and also the restaurant of the hotel, so I had to bo to bed very hungry. |

Embora só tivesse ficado uma noite, gostei do quarto e sua apresentação, do atendimento na recepção e do pequeno almoço. Resta-me acrescentar que ainda este ano estive num apartamento-vivenda, no Algarve (Praia da Falésia) onde paguei um dinheirão e as condições deixavam muito a desejar.Casa de banho nem secador tinha.Cozinha não tinha Microondas o que de hoje em dia não há apartamento que o não tenha.É claro que apresentei a minha reclamação sobretudo à agência que mo aconselhou. Segundo me disseram não iam recomendar a mais ninguém. Nada mais tenho a dizer. |

Amabilidad del personal.Aislamiento de los ruidos del exterior. tv en color no funcionó un día;eché en falta otro ascensor;había un ruído continuo molesto en el cuarto de baño que se transmitía a la habitación.Por apenas nada se podría aislar cuarto de baño de habitación.El personal de limpieza no tiene excesivo cuidado en no hacer ruido.Deberían tener televisiones de repuesto para cuando falla alguna. |

Da simpatia dos funcionários com que tivemos contacto e do pequeno almoço que era variado e de produtos frescos. Os colchões são velhos, moles e desconfortáveis.A misturadora da banheira necessitava de ser reparada.Dormimos mal e tivemos dificuldade nos banhos.Por volta das 03h40 uma jovem que entrou fez imenso barulho. |

Sem comentários, basta ler a resposta da pergunta seguinte. Seria aconselhável mudarem os colchões e estufarem as bases em madeira dos colchões isto porque, os colchões estão num estado lastimável, só vendo. Ainda hoje não acredito que eu e a minha mulher tenhamos dormido em tais colchões. Simplesmente lamentável. |
