The manager guest relations is very professional and easy to talk too.He is very supporting. Would be a loss for the hotel when he would go.

For a vife star hotel I would rather see that the dresscode for the bartenders is slighty more formal. At least should their top not be hanging over the pants.But that is just my personal opinion.

Lovely hotel in excellent location. Breakfasts were especially good. We had a great stay

Great location, very efficient and professional reception and restaurant staff - our room was huge and had a sea view which we were not expecting! The hotel, room and pool areas were spotlessly clean and the evening buffets were good value. The pool area in particular was lovely - there were always sunloungers available and the view was great.

Very, very minor points but it would have been good to have better lighting in the bedrooms for reading and a freshwater pool with lanes for more serious swimmers/for fitness. Also it would be good to make it easier to order food/snacks by the poolside (you had to go into the Ocean restaurant to order sandwiches which can be a little awkward when they are trying to serve lunch at the same time) The slightly lower mark for "value for money" was for the spa treatments which seemed to be a bit more expensive than other hotels.

Gostei particularmente da localização do hotel, com uma magnífica paisagem, as piscinas interiores e da amabilidade e disponibilidade do pessoal do hotel.

A falta ou fraca iluminação na entrada doparque subterrâneo.

Localização, pequeno almoço e áreas lazer (piscinas exterior água mar aquecida) e jardins bem tratados, assim como o tamanho e vista dos quartos.

Amenities fracas (só no último dia é que tivemos 1 hidratante). Corredor de acesso aos quartos precisa de ser renovado, bem como os wc. Questionário de satisfação em inglês (falta de atenção) e não responderam ao meu mail, o que me obrigou a ligar para o hotel.

Cet hôtel possède des installations de qualité et d'accès facile. Situation proche du centre ville (20 minutes à pied). Transports publics disponibles à proximité.

Ambiance relativement froide mais la saison ne se prêtait pas à une affluence source d'animation

Le spa et la situation sont formidables

Les restaurants : le midi carte très petite au bout de quelques jours on ne sait plus quoi prendre , mais surtout le soir , le restaurant est une glacière , le repas très médiocre , le personnel peu aimable et enfin les gens ne sont pas habillés correctement , nous avons dîner dehors après deux essais sur place , c'est vraiment dommage ..................

Gostei da zona e do conforto e tranquilidade do hotel e da simpatia de alguns dos funcionarios,os quartos são bons e com boas areas.

O pequeno almoço é bom mas um pouco aquem do habitual num 5 estrelas.Não gostei muito do Wc do quarto,algo ultrapassado.

Ambiente em geral, relação com os funcionários, limpeza, localização ( vista previlegiada), refeições, realçando a sala e a qualidade/quantidade dos alimentos disponíveis.

Falta de frutos naturais da ilha.

Comodidades disponiveis, um pequeno almoço adequado a um 5 estrelas. Zona de SPA excelente. Muito bem localizado, a 20 minutos a pé do centro. optimo para quem quer visitar o cidade do funchal.

Fraco isolamento acustico. No SPA optei por uma massagem ao fim do dia... A massagista foi "apressada", já tinha feito mais vezes não foi tão boa e cuidadosa como as que já tinha feito.
