CS Vila das Lagoas Holiday Apartments & Townhouses  

Finding the hotel was not clear as the signs were not visible at night. The hotel and apartments themselves were stylish and high end. Very peaceful location and close to the secluded beach . Although the apartments were great, they do not have wi fi n'or telephones in the rooms. You need to go to the health club or stay at the hotel to access the web which is very inconvenient because the health club shuts at 9.30pm. The staff were friendly but not as friendly as those at Vale da Lapa where I stayed for 3 days. The marking of the flat number in the garages were worn off and should therefore be reflected against the wall All in all I would stay there again but if you are not going to make use of the facilities the location is far out

The cleanning was very basic , beds were not properly done but not an issue except not what one would expect in a hotel. However as self catering maybe one should expect the floor and bathroom to be clean. Luckily were are not messy people so did not require much attention

Loved our stay at the cs Vila. Location was amazing...just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The units were spacious and very clean. The Front Desk staff was always very accommodating, helpful and courteous!

Very inconvenient not having a phone in the room. Anytime, we had to make a phone call, we had to walk to the Front Desk. It was a huge inconvenience. With all that said, the Front Desk was very helpful when we went there to make calls

Excellent resort located near a beautiful beach. Plenty of pools and other facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good restaurants nearby.

Need a car if you want to get around as situated approx. 10 km from Albufeira.

It was excellent resort but quite far form main city and no signs to it.Kitchen is not fullt equiped, some little things are missing.Apart from that it is very good hotel with excellent facilities.

Accomodation was very good, apartment cleaned every day to high standard. Lots of choice of pools and indoor heated pool essential for children in October. Clean pool towels every day. Very good restaurant with excellent value (Prima Pasta) just outside resort. Large shopping center in Guia approx 4Km from resort with large supermarket and other retail outlets.

Resort remote for low season however would be ideal in high season as everything you could want is onsite. Kids club closed as end of season. Limited choice of elglish speaking tv channels. No shopping on site and no brochures or information forthcoming from staff or on display in reception regarding activities or places to visit in area, only found out about shopping center 5km away on last day of stay from other family who owned property outside the resort. Small supermarket less than 5 mins walk from resort better value and selection than mini market on site.

The Apartment is not proper for a five star...far away from the level of other cs Hotels and Suites that are much more confortable. Only a lcd for an apartment of this size is clearly not enough. The suite bedroom is too small. I was expecting more since the previous experience I had on the cs hotels was really great.

The villa fit-out was exceptional and very clean

We only stayed one night we had planned to stay for 1 week We thought the location of our villa was isolated...... The resort doesn't feel finished. The pool area looked 2 star and the staff were very inexperienced a lot of the staff didn't appear to understand English which was a problem for us.
