kun pool restauranten var åben. Aftensmaden måtte derfor spises udendørs. kan anbefale at tage til et nærliggende CS hotel i San Rafael og spise lækker gourmet på deres gode restaurant!

There were 7 of us staying in a 3 bedroom apartment (all twins, with one extra bed in one of them) and all thought that the apartment itself and the resort were fantastic. We were actually on a stag weekend (albeit a very civilised one) and found that the standard of the apartment was excellent (especially for the amount we paid, €370 for 2 nights). Location wise this was also great - 10-15 min taxi ride from the Old Square, 15-20mins to The Strip and 5-10 min walk from the beach. Oh, I should point out that the resort was clearly very popular with families rather than stag/hen parties so don't let that put you off. We didn't visit the golf course, which I'm told is good but the beach was nice but still relatively quiet when we went.

The only real complaint was that, while the apartment had all the facilities to self-cater (including a dishwasher), there was nothing to actually clean with - e.g. dishwasher powder, washing up liquid. Perhaps we could have bought these from the on-site shop (I didn't visit it to know if they sell these items) but this is the sort of thing I'd expect to be provided (like soap in the bathrooms).

A new resort with all facilities you can think of.

The facilities are correctly graded 5 stars but the staff doesn't yet live up to that. The reception and housekeeping staff are what you expect in a 2 or 3 star resort, whereas the staff in bars and restaurants are closer to 5 star.

The apartments were beautiful and very well equipped. i think the apartments are too remote and car hire is essential which we did not have. no bars or restuarants beside it and not a lot to do only beach. we spent 300 euro+ on taxis for the week. salgados beach fab. i think in 5 years this plaqce will be fantastic when it is developed. i really enjoyed my stay but i had 5 teenagers with me that did not have anything to do..only swim..needed to be near the old town.. one down side..pools were freezing.

Quality of apartment, spa staff very friendly.

Some staff at the reception were not firndly or helpful. Resort not complete, poolside bar not complete, building work in progress.

The apartments are extremely well equipped and modern with everything that you could need for a relaxing holiday or overnight stay .I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel and good value for money.

Check-in at 1600 is a bit late and check-out at 1100 a bit early.

The whole appartment ilumination was very poor. There were no towel supports, no extra pillows, no kitchen towels, no robes, no slippers, no kitchen cleaning nor things to clean the dishes, neither hand wash or to put in the washing machine. No telephone to call the reception. Very wierd hotel in fact. I would say that they should remove one star and rate it as 4 stars!

Excellent value for money.

We were expecting more from a 5 star hotel, especially in cleanliness and confort.

As instalações são fantásticas. Os apartamentos são enormes, confortáveis e tem todos os utencilios necessarios para uma casa funcinar. As piscinas são otimas e os acessos tb.

O Bar - restaurante do hotel é sofrível. A comida é pessíma e quase temos que implorar pra ser atendidos. Um hotel desse patamar deveriar oferecer um serviço de bar-restaurante a altura de suas instalações, mas isso não acontece.Também senti falta de tv nos quartos.
