Be carefull, it is not a 5 stars hotel !!! 5 examples : 1) no phone in your bedroom, no internet, No possibilitie to have a room service or some thing like that, 2) no body for your bagage 3) no body to help you or to show you your bedroom situated for us at 500 Meters ! 4) no breakfast in your bedroom 5) no thing in your kitchen to open your bottle of beer or wine !! Others examples ? no shoes for your bath, no simple bottle of water or fruits when you arrive to say you : welcome !!! Its a five stars of nothing !!! and put your car in the front of the réception ! it is permis ! !!at this price go to an other hôtel 5 stars there is others better and really 5 stars !!! our bad experinece in Portugal and all over europe !!!

This was my thuird visit there and I strongly recommend it to all who wnats to relax during short vacations. Need to have car to be abel to travel around, very very clean

Staff could be more nice and supportive. Internet (just in main lobby, and at pool bar) didn't work on ipad, a shame for 5* hotel.

Location is great. The size of the appartment.

Lack of kitchen equipment

Good standard of accommodation, clean, pools and beaches

No phone in the room so we had to walk to reception if we had any questions. No WiFi in the room. Buffet was poor. The apartments should have a "welcome pack" (include some basics like coffee, milk, water, salt etc) so we don't have to rush straight out to the shops.

It's a nice environment in the hole complex, we felt like home and secure.we booked a T2 but we were given an T3 apartment, we informed the reception and they ask us if was a problem for us, and it wasn't so we kept the room, the apartment where we stayed was quite big, a nice living room, nice kitchen these too with large areas,with all equipment you need to cook. the rooms and bathrooms are standard.

the cleanness of the apartment its to superficial, they just clean what is on site.we can see there are some things missing maybe because the complex is new. like something to put the soap in the bathroom, some paintings or furniture to fill up the space, there are some empty spaces that need something to give joy. Also the air-conditioned should be better, it doesn't work very well, as it turn's off and on when it wants too, not in the temperature we want.

Accomodation was very good, apartment cleaned every day to high standard. Lots of choice of pools and indoor heated pool essential for children in October. Clean pool towels every day. Very good restaurant with excellent value (Prima Pasta) just outside resort. Large shopping center in Guia approx 4Km from resort with large supermarket and other retail outlets.

Resort remote for low season however would be ideal in high season as everything you could want is onsite. Kids club closed as end of season. Limited choice of elglish speaking tv channels. No shopping on site and no brochures or information forthcoming from staff or on display in reception regarding activities or places to visit in area, only found out about shopping center 5km away on last day of stay from other family who owned property outside the resort. Small supermarket less than 5 mins walk from resort better value and selection than mini market on site.

The Apartment is not proper for a five star...far away from the level of other cs Hotels and Suites that are much more confortable. Only a lcd for an apartment of this size is clearly not enough. The suite bedroom is too small. I was expecting more since the previous experience I had on the cs hotels was really great.

The villa fit-out was exceptional and very clean

We only stayed one night we had planned to stay for 1 week We thought the location of our villa was isolated...... The resort doesn't feel finished. The pool area looked 2 star and the staff were very inexperienced a lot of the staff didn't appear to understand English which was a problem for us.
