CS São Rafael Atlantic Hotel  

The room is very big and comfortable. The shower is huge. The staff are polite and helpful with any query you have. The breakfast is very nice and overall the hotel has a very pleaseant and relaxing athmosphere. The bar and room service are good. The gardens outside were very nice and private access to the beach is wonderful. We would definitely come back to stay again.

The hotel is a little hard to find at first and is poorly signposted. The spa is really great but there is a daily charge of €15 per person for its use (only the swimming pool is free) which isn't made clear when booking. A coffee maker in the room would also be nice.

Excellent service. Good location - can walk into Albufuera and some good local restaurants. Private beach is great - especially in quiet season.

The design and decor of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful I also like the spa area. The room was very nice too. Breakfast was very good.

I was unhappy about the reduced facilities on offer mainly restaurant areas. This was not explained when I booked only one small restaurant in the evening and there was no table for us as we had not booked. We ate out in town every night of our stay because of this. It was very quiet and no entertainment at all. I would like to stay again but would not go this time of year again because of the above.

The hotel is difficult to find. Hotel staff was not very friendly. Television remote control did not work from the bed.

A very fine location with direct access to the beach. The ocean view room was quiet, big and with fantastic beds. A good price for the room after the main season.

The breakfast buffet was big but the quality was not good. This could easily be improved: smaller bufffet, better quality of food and especially coffee.

Great hotel with great stuff. Close to its own beach and a wounerful garden with olive trees. Make sure that you book a room with sea view!!!

We was on a hp plan. Food a bit boring and not of the quality of a 5 star hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the views were terrfic and the beach that was five minutes walk away was perfect.

The hotel was stunning from the point of arrival on.The staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. The views from our balcony were beautiful and the outdoor pools merged really well with their surroundings. I must say the fact that we had to wear caps in the pool seemed a bit extreme but the pool atmosphere made up for it. The beach was lovely if rather a climb on the way back but oh so worth it.

There was nothing we could complain about as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed that the beach restaurant was not open and so too the piano bar. We assumed that this was due to our stay being early in the year but we would have liked a little gentle entertainment in the evening.

Beautiful design hotel with very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet! The pool and spa was also very nice! Enjoyed it every day! Beautiful gardens and beach! Absolutly a wonderful place to stay.
