The location is supreme- close to one of the most beautiful beaches we saw, and next to A Sardina- an on-beach resturant that is wonderful. The food is good, but not great. |

The room was nice and the staff were lovely. The location was bad, in the middle of nowhere with no shops about not even for water and little things. Also there was no pool side bar for food and drinks it was inconvieient going back into the hotel and upstairs to the bar if we had been in the pool i.e wet. Also no food was allowed around the pool. As there was no poor side bar there was no music so it was very quite with no atmosphere. I've stayed in lots of 5* hotels and this was by far the worse. The food was cold and not very nice at all. Breakfast was very basic and not much to choose from so we didn't bother eating on the last day. Beach bar food was very poor to (cold). I wont be staying ever again sorry! |

Hotel is new and the decoration is very nice. Staff was great, nice underground parking. Beautiful indoor pool, and the view is great. We really enjoyed the shower too. The beds were bad. Two separate beds instead of one, and they wouldn't even get close enough, there was always a canyon between them and i would become tense during sleep. Also, the pillows were too soft for me, too fluffy. Didn't sleep very well. Also, the stairway down to the beach is still under construction as of july 2010. Makes a little hard to get to the beach, as you have to go through the bushes and cliff. Not adequate for a 5 star hotel. The beach, however, is awesome. |

It's more like a 4 star hotel wanting to be a 5 star hotel. Service wasn't that exceptional, waiters seem to be nervous in the restaurant. Although the food is excellent here. Eat down at the beach bar, it's cheaper and the food is just as good. If you are after a complete 5 star hotel then I don't reccomend this place. Toiletries were not replaced everyday, when you pay a lot of money for the room, you expect this. they ran out of towels at the pool, a 5 star hotel doesn't run out of towels! the layout of the hotel isn't practical, you need to walk through reception to get to the pool. the internet was down often in the room, this was really annoying when you are in the middle of doing something. |

new, clean, close to the beach (but the direct road has not finished yet), free parking under the building, spacious rooms in all types, close to Albufeira, great barists (nice coctails, good service), nice place to stay during discover Algarve, comfortable sunbeds at pool no shower at the pools nor at the beach, requests were not considered at arrival only after complaining, breakfast was various but not 5 star quality, there is no direct e-mail contact to the hotel only to the CScentre , no Kleenex in rooms, poor bathroom amenities |

Good design externally and internally. Two big complaints. The wifi was rubbish. One day did not connect at all Very dissapoonting and reason why we went there. Secondly corridor fire doors did not have soft closers. First two nights these must have been left open at night, last two nights they were closed and until 2am in the morning as guests went to their rooms doors were allowed to bang and caused anoying disturbance when trying to sleep. To cap it all reception said it was fireworks going off in nearby village. We were oferred a paltry 10% off room rate. Would not recomend. |

The room was quite large. The bath was outstanding. The 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach was not bad. The outside pool was fine but unspectacular. The breakfast was very well done. From the moment we checked in the staff was attempting to "upsell" us on everything. We were staying for two nights and were told that if we bought this then the price would be lower, if we bought that then we could use the spa, if we wanted drinks then you have to pay extra, on and on and on. What did we pay such a high price for? Not sure we were receiving the value we paid for. It seems this should be a 4-star hotel and not a 5-star. |

Great location close to beach , good cliff side walks, lovely spa although have to pay extra Friendly helpful staff who sorted out problems quickly we were upgraded to pool view after prob with Air con and noise rooms identical but view Better lovely bedrooms Service in restaurant could be slow at times hotel bar not much atmosphere , sea view bar closed as not high season |

I thought the modern design of the hotel was very nice, it was very close to some lovley beaches, it was quiet and relaxing which is very far removed from these standard resorts which tend to be tacky and intrusive! All in all I'd go back for the grounds and the pool area, the spa, the room (lovely shower) and the staff who are freindly, helpful and informative! I would've liked if all the bars were open. |

The food is excelent, congratulations to the chef. The time we had to wait to eat in the restaurant was amazing. One dinner took 2 hours and 30 minuts. One lunch, we waited 1 hour and went to buy some pizzas afterwords. The internet is very difficult to use, only wi-fi in the lobby, but with password, and cable in the rooms. Young staff with a lot to learn. When the hotel is only with a few clients, some services are not available. Don´t forget that this is a five star hotel. |

Staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable with a very nice ocean view. Hotel is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast buffet generous and good. We had free internet and free parking garage. we enjoyed our stay there. There was no outside pool service for the bar as 5 star hotels should have. Guests have to walk to the spa area to get the outside pool towels. Beach is public and a 5 minute walk from hotel. It costs €12 to get 2 beach beds and an umbrella. Guests have to go to beach restaurant to get their drinks. Hotel still new and needs some final fine tuning. |

The food was good and the prices at the hotel were very reasonable for food. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. Great shower. Plenty of closet space. Carlos the bartender was fantastic! The beach restaurant staff was also great! Plenty of pool chairs and outdoor tables at the restaurant. Would return. Took forever to get a drink during the day and late afternoon, we waited up to 30 minutes for a drink at times. 5 star hotel should have outside pool service for the bar. Would also appreciate a towel service outside instead of having to go to the spa. |

The hotel is very modern with beautiful rooms and a stunning ocean view. The beach is beautiful and not to crowded. Restaurants are of good quality at fair prices. Room service is okay but not to fast. |

Spa is really good, 5 min walk from the beautiful beach Poor sea view - in front of the hotel there is a pool with palm trees, so if taken up to the 3rd floor you see nothing but the trees. The beach is public, the use of sunbeds is 12 eur per day. |

We had an upgrade on arrival and were very happy with all facilities except the bar.The spa in particular was excellent, the beach and its restaurant were lovely especially at sunset. The fact that there was onlly 1 bar open in which there was no atmosphere. |
