The CS hotel is all the luxury you'd expect from a 5*hotel when on holiday. The rooms are spacious, light and very comfy, so even if it's raining the room is not clausterphobic, you can easily spend a few hours inside. The spa is fab, all hotel staff are excellent and for 5* it's not a 'formal' hotel and very child friendly (i.e. younger kids - 6 and under). Car definitely recommeneded. |

Service, quality of fittings No heated outside pool. The outside temperature was about 20C for the whole weeek and consequently the children were very dissappointed. Also the hotel and your site mentions "wireless internet throughout hotel" when in fact it doesn't work in many parts of the hotel - the staff know this. This was a problem for me as I needed to work during the stay. |

A very modern hotel, quality fixtures and fittings, spacious public rooms. Our room (deluxe suite) was extremely spacious and comfortable. Complimentary safe in room. Kitchenette with kettle provided. No child-proof breakfast room, as in some 5 star hotels! No buffet dinner. |

Do espaço e da amabilidade e eficiência dos funcionários A não permanencia de crianças na piscina do spa; iluminação em algumas áreas dos corredores, nomeadamente em zonas de escadas, facilita a circulação e a torna-a menos perigosa; a existência de pequena loja onde possa ser adquirido o jornal diário; aumento de numero de funcionárias de limpeza para tornar o serviço mais rápido |

As condições e tamanho do quarto O acesso ao relax center (SPA) deveria ser limitado a crianças, pois devido ao barulho que naturalmente fazem conseguem estragar um momento de relaxamento. Por outros lado as pessoas da recepção deveriam estar capacitadas para dar sugestões de locais de visita, em especial restaurante na zona, que nao o do proprio hotel. |
