CS São Rafael Suite Hotel  

The staff were really lovely and it was very child friendly without feeling as if it was a playgound. We had a really relaxing time.

I am an artist and I love to see unique art work but sorry but I thought some of the art was really not very good

Nice 5star hotel.

Localization (far away from sand beach and from center)

Breakfast was great. Room size was good.

Dinner (buffet) was bad and expensive; Service was not very responsive; Overall facilities do not deserve the 5 star rating.

It is a good clean hotel but not 5 star.

This is a hotel aimed at the family.It has a kitchenette,but you are not allowed to use it.It is also very expensive in comparison to other hotels that I have stayed all over Portugal.

Litt harde madrasser

This was our third stay at CS Sao Rafael Suite Hotel and we enjoyed it as much as before. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We booked a deluxe family suite with sea view which was definitely worth paying a bit extra for as we had a wonderful view of the sea beyond. There is a great kids club that our 2 daughters loved to use which was especially good when the weather wasn't so great. The nearby Sao Rafael beach is one of the nicest beaches we have ever een on. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a relaxing family holiday

The hotel Sao Rafael is clean and contemporary in design. It provides a relaxing stay with all the necessary amenities.

It had not been made clear that the apartment did not cater for self catering as the electric stove had not been connected. The expectation was we would eat at the hotel restaurants. Although expensive for a large family. They were helpful in trying to resolve the issue by providing a microwave.

It is a beautiful hotel, maintained to a high standard. Excellent choice for breakfast and friendly, helpful staff in all departments.

The service in the Bar was terrible,I waited 15 minutes to get a drink at 10.00 pm,I complainted to the duty manager at the front desk. THe following nights the same problem persisted.The breakfast was dull and boring,therefore we assumed the lunch and dinner would be the same.

Zimmergrösse, Pool, Frühstück, Freundlichkeit des Personals am Empfang, Lage.

Internet gibt es gar nicht weder LAN noch Wireless (WLAN) nur in einem kleinen Zimmer stehen 2 PC´s mit Internet Verbindung. Deshalb schon mal einen Stern weniger Unmöglich für ein 5 Stern Hotel. TV die reinste Katastrophe zumindest in dem Zimmer 0102 ging auch nicht. Die Saberkeit des Reinigungspersonals ist nicht unbedingt das was man sich Erwünscht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel, sehr schlecht. Beim Poll sollte Personal vom Hotel sein den 99% Springen in den Pool ohne sich vorher zu Duschen absolut Eklig !

A qualidade dos espaços comuns, de lazer e pequeno almoço são 5 estrelas

A qualidade dos acabamentos dos quartos, cerâmicos e louças não merece 5 estrelas, apesar da suite ser em termos de equipamento da cozinha/ dimensões de 5 estrelas.
