Staff is very friendly, the room as well as the hotel is well decorated, modern and quite big. The only thing I think it could be better is the water pressure. |

The attitude of all stuff was good to excellent All Pools inside and outside were very cold. Even the nice children pool was not heated. For a modern five star hotel very poor. The breakfast buffet was not premium. Many things were cold, cakes from the day before (already dry), limited choice of breads and healthy food. Presentation in the style of a very touristic hotel. Not enough staff at breakfast time for coffee etc. |

Perhaps better to have 2 or 3 alternativs on new-years eve instead of only one from 7. p.m. to 3 a.m. with many activities.A nice dinner and a glass of sparkling wine at 12 oclock is better for elderly people - and hopefully cheaper. |

Fantastic attention from staff at all times. My wife's birthday was during our stay, and staff and chef treated us to nice surprises. We would recommend and go back to this hotel. |

The restaurant for dinner was very fancy, with a very good chef. Hotel management involved in organizing a cocktail with some show after in one day, a Portuguese evening on Saturday, etc. Very helpful staff. The shower was terrible in setting the right temperature for the water. A bit difficult to visit around if you don't have a car. Sao Rafael beach and Marina are the only ones reachable by a decent walk. |

The size of the room, comfort and cleanliness The placement (which could be positive for visitors who like Albufeira), the price of the restaurant (unbelievably expensive - be aware specially with the buffet!!!), charging for the hammocks and sunhuts on the beach, the shower in the bathroom has low pressure |

The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. All times smiling and seem really happy and proud on what they do. Would do all they can to assist and please you, without being pushy or offering things you have not asked. I particularly recommend the family room which has a living room and really spacious and well equipped. The requirement for using swimming cap in the internal pool is ok - but offering them for 5 euros is not ok! A hotel like this should furnish that for free to guests. The Kid's Club has some activities but out of it the girls that take care of the space do not play with kids but only watch and provide drawing material for instance - would be nice if they interact more. |

It offered comfort and space and cleanliness and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Food at the beach resturant needs looking into. However, there needs to be some improvement regarding the pool seating arrangements as there were a number of unhappy guests who put towels on the beds only to return to find someone occupying them. As a family we only took sunbeds when we were acctually using them and it was somewhat annoying when people who had reserved the beds before 10.00am only to return at 4.00pm. The CS hotel is all the luxury you'd expect from a 5*hotel when on holiday. The rooms are spacious, light and very comfy, so even if it's raining the room is not clausterphobic, you can easily spend a few hours inside. The spa is fab, all hotel staff are excellent and for 5* it's not a 'formal' hotel and very child friendly (i.e. younger kids - 6 and under). Car definitely recommeneded. |

Service, quality of fittings No heated outside pool. The outside temperature was about 20C for the whole weeek and consequently the children were very dissappointed. Also the hotel and your site mentions "wireless internet throughout hotel" when in fact it doesn't work in many parts of the hotel - the staff know this. This was a problem for me as I needed to work during the stay. |

Een heel ruim opgezet hotel, perfecte service, suite met zeezicht heeft 2 balkons.In de nabijheid van het hotel ( 200 mtr.) een heerlijk local restaurant voor een wel erg lage lunch en diner prijs. Restaurant Mrgem Sul. Strand is op ca. 800 mtr van hotel, is goed te lopen. In het laagseizoen zijn er veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen, door de ruime opzet van het hotel is er weinig last van de kinderen |

As suites são excelentes, espaçosas e confortáveis, à excepção do colchão do sofá cama que é muito fino tornando-se extraordinariamente desconfortável. Todos os colaboradores são excelentes, pena serem poucos, o que deteriora por vezes o nível de serviço (P.E., tempo de espera nos restaurantes - hotel e praia). Hotel próximo da praia, o que permite ir e vir a pé, mesmo com crianças. A água da piscina aquecida estava fria. Só quando entrámos no quarto e por nossa interrogação, fomos informados que os quartos/suites disponíveis no booking.com para este hotel não tinham vista mar. Como o tinha solicitado na reserva em 'observações', ficámos desapontados por ninguém nos ter alertado previamente para tal. |
