The size of the room, comfort and cleanliness The placement (which could be positive for visitors who like Albufeira), the price of the restaurant (unbelievably expensive - be aware specially with the buffet!!!), charging for the hammocks and sunhuts on the beach, the shower in the bathroom has low pressure |

The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. All times smiling and seem really happy and proud on what they do. Would do all they can to assist and please you, without being pushy or offering things you have not asked. I particularly recommend the family room which has a living room and really spacious and well equipped. The requirement for using swimming cap in the internal pool is ok - but offering them for 5 euros is not ok! A hotel like this should furnish that for free to guests. The Kid's Club has some activities but out of it the girls that take care of the space do not play with kids but only watch and provide drawing material for instance - would be nice if they interact more. |

It offered comfort and space and cleanliness and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Food at the beach resturant needs looking into. However, there needs to be some improvement regarding the pool seating arrangements as there were a number of unhappy guests who put towels on the beds only to return to find someone occupying them. As a family we only took sunbeds when we were acctually using them and it was somewhat annoying when people who had reserved the beds before 10.00am only to return at 4.00pm. The CS hotel is all the luxury you'd expect from a 5*hotel when on holiday. The rooms are spacious, light and very comfy, so even if it's raining the room is not clausterphobic, you can easily spend a few hours inside. The spa is fab, all hotel staff are excellent and for 5* it's not a 'formal' hotel and very child friendly (i.e. younger kids - 6 and under). Car definitely recommeneded. |

Service, quality of fittings No heated outside pool. The outside temperature was about 20C for the whole weeek and consequently the children were very dissappointed. Also the hotel and your site mentions "wireless internet throughout hotel" when in fact it doesn't work in many parts of the hotel - the staff know this. This was a problem for me as I needed to work during the stay. |

A very modern hotel, quality fixtures and fittings, spacious public rooms. Our room (deluxe suite) was extremely spacious and comfortable. Complimentary safe in room. Kitchenette with kettle provided. No child-proof breakfast room, as in some 5 star hotels! No buffet dinner. |

gostei de tudo. acho que o preço das bebidas é exagerado,talvez por isso haja pouco consumo nas bebidas que estam no mini frigorifico no quarto,reparei que quase todos os hospedes compravam agua fora do hotel devido aos preços muito altos,na minha opiniao se baixa-sem os preços so ganhariam que ninguem se dava ao trabalho de comprar fora.isto é so uma opiniao. |
